Sir, I am almost following your methods except weight exercises . My HB1c earlier year back was 10 after that it got reduced step by step 8, 7.5, 6.9 , and 5.5. My Dr did not reduce my insulin dose of total 55 hints I experience low sugar at night hence I reduced the night dose by 5 units. Now I am comfortable. Now in total reduced to 40 units.

First avoid all type of sugar not only the white sugar white sugar and other type of sugar you should be avoid and fried items junk items should be avoided this is a basic criteria for reduce your LDL and 1300 to 1000 500 calories means in that 10% is will be come true by carbohydrate and 20% will come through by proteins and balance 70 percentage will come through by good fats we follow these pattern definitely 100 to 120 days you can able to reverse year LDL cholesterol to be reduced and also your good cholesterol will be increased this is my experience in my clans experience thru me

My HbA1c is 6.8, 6.9 ,or even 6.1 at times.i take millets only 2 times.regular walking and do yoga and pranayama.i take glyciphage 500 one in the morning and 1 at night. I will do dhyanam as advised by you sir. Will i be able to reverse my diabeties.

Hello sir! Am a teacher. I have diabetics. I teach abroad students online andso i used to work from 4-8 a.m. or 5-9 a.m. Similarly in the evenings i have classes from 5-9. After i feel tired and hungry. Hence i fail to do exercises and take up food. Can I do exercises after breakfast?

Sir am taking insulin for the last two years. Before two years my sugar level is 590. Now last six months my sugar level is 130 to 140. Shall i reduce unit of my insulin level. Now am taking morning 20 unit and night 15 unit

You can completely stop insulin by taking only medicine. My father in law was taking insulin for about ten years, 3 doses per day. 2 years ago, he saw a doctor in trichy. He replaced insulin with tablets. His A1C is in control. He no longer uses insulin. He is very happy now.

Doctor... I'm a diabetic. One year back I had a heart attack and angio plasty was performed. Can I do resistance exercises? Because we hear that people get cardiac arrest and die instantly when working out in the gym. Please advice doctor. You can also post a video regarding this.
