In 3 weeks I was able to do my very first ring muscle up, after doing the second I realised, that it is "too much too soon". Discomfort in connective tissues joining biceps and triceps to elbow kept rising, particularly in transition part. That's where I decided, that it is better to give elbow a rest for a week or two, than getting a serious injury, that would last for months.

Good for you that takes some maturity instead of letting your ego continue to push you (which I’ve done more times than I can count) All it takes is pushing that discomfort further to cause an injury that could take weeks or months to heal Thanks for sharing 💯

U don't need a 2 week rest just don't do the hard stuff and have a few workouts that are easy and light
