Definitely staying positive! I’m seeing some significant changes recently vs the stagnation I’d experienced for so many years before. Thanks so much for sharing positivity and Truth! : )

I need this sort of training over here in Germany, not online but face-to-face. You need to franchise out, Lee! ;)

First time I've watched any of your videos and thought "I actually am able to do these moves!". I don't know yet how much control I have during them though

That's a Snow Leopard, not a Mountain Lion. If this sounds like a pointless distinction - then you haven't studied the Snow Leopard. They are absolutely the most inspiring feline movers on the planet. Their movement mastery exceeds any other feline I've come across. It's sort of like admiring the speed of a Cheetah, but saying "check out how fast this random jaguar can run". I'm serious. Everyone, go watch Snow Leopard videos - they're crazy.

Hello sir, I have a question if you don't mind. Is it necessary to do dynamic stretching before any workout or can I mix static and dynamic stretching??
@danielallen8702Ай бұрын
Dynamic stretching as a warm up, and static stretching in your cool down. 🙂👍

I second @osnad. I want and need your kind of training. Never did very well watching videos and trying to copy the instructor. I believe you.
