It'll be more helpful if you also guide regarding who can't do or in which condition we should not perform which exercise... like if someone has backache or something like that what should she do

Hi, I m a breast feeding mom of 3 months old baby. Immediately after normal delivery I faced perineal wound breakdown issue, after treatment I m ok now. In these three months I gained weight and my tummy is increasing daily. Now i want to reduce my 6 to 7 kg waight and my tummy. Plz suggest the proper exercise.

It’s always best to make the c section wound heal for atleast 8months because during c section so many layers of our muscles are been cut off do not strain with this yoga pose you can do safe yoga poses that will not hurt your tummy you can check you tube but only after 8 months let our body heal first after all we are breastfeeding we need to have energy to feed baby by having food after 8-9 months start yoga poses
