Completed this full body strength session at the gym for the afternoon having done the 1 hour bodyweight session yesterday evening at home. I used a variety of 15 lb, 25 lb and 45 lb. dumbbells and even a 50 lb. kettlebell for the sumo squats just to change it up. I got a great sweat going even with this more detail focused set of movements! Those push ups and the plank finisher were tougher than I anticipated! 🤜🏼🔥🤛🏼
