Linda, I was waiting for another Stamina workout! Thank you so much 🥰 Standing legs and lower body is my dream 😋😍 I wonder what else will you surprise us with? But for now thank you so so so much for these workouts. They are calm and doable, I need such movements as I don’t feel well and full of energy 😇

Oh good, a chance to use my gliders. They probably have cob webs on them. This was a tough one. I had to stop. Will finish where I left off tomorrow. Don't remember to many routines, where I just caved in, lol
