I totally agree with you girls. I found Linda by accident last April in the middle of the covid lockdown. I live alone with my minor daughter in a foreign country. Linda you helped me so much to gain a fitness level I had never before in my 42 years. I m in my best physical condition ever!! You also helped me psychologically.. Please don't ever stop posting videos!

Linda I just did this workout today. My Glutes are toast. I’ve thoroughly worked the back of the leg. Which is better for the quads? Weighted Lower Body or Squats and Lunges? I’ll do it tomorrow. Thank you!

The 50 rep series is tough! I would say the squats one is more for quads, but it is hard to isolate. If you stay more upright rather than forward leaning you will get more quads.

ill be looking forward to these workouts Linda as we are heading another lockdown in ireland so i need to increase my stamina not just for exercise. I might need some early christmas workouts to keep me going .I am going to try ankle weights around my tighs as i never seem to be able to hold onto weight i find loo roll is good too for that lady who has heavy dumb bells . looking forward to it ill let you know how i go thanks Linda

@@barlatesbodyblitz hi Linda it's the same as toilet roll I used the ankek weights and dumbell but had to drop it half way my but is sore today I also noticed some workouts that I did last week say I felt the but if I do them following week I don't seem to notice does that mean I need to up it or leave it for longer before doing it I am using ankel weights etc so am using as much equipment as I can

@@katemulligan6458 it is possible that you have gotten stronger in those muscle groups or it might just be that you had a stronger few days and better sleep/recovery so you didn't get doms. Maybe leave it a bit longer and try again to see how they feel. 😀

I did ot with 0,5 kg. ankle weights and let me tell you.... My glutes were dying 😬 will it help me to grow the glute muscle? I'm looking forward to reduce the size of my butt 😀

this workout will build definition in your butt muscles. If you use heavier weights you can grow a bit of muscle there too, but for fat loss you need to do cardio and watch your diet 😊
