I really enjoyed the stretching aspect of this core practice. It felt good to lengthen. I had a difficult time bringing my one leg through to the front and then back again during the early sequence. It’s feb 17, my day 17 and I am getting better even though I am not flexible. The beginning was hard for me but when I got to the plank and downward dog flow I blended in well. Thanks

@@gayatriyoga I am a “sticker”!! I practice every day (I’m pretty much retired now so have time) and have done so for 3 years now. To be honest I don’t feel much progress has been made (well maybe a bit) I’ve been trying to arm balance and handstand for the last 13 months & still struggling to get passed 5 secs up and balanced away from the wall! Indeed patience is a virtue, take rests and enjoy the moment!! I try 😁 Thank you again, you are very patient and kind🙏

Sorry to hear that, it’s a standard classical yoga pose, but if your body is not ready for it dont do it, you are welcome to skip any pose. Take a break to heal . ❤️

I Can do yoga up to a modrate level even I am doing all the days practice above its great. But that one pose is so difficult to do i can't lift my hips in that pose. That is hard for me to balance my body weight.

This was an awful flow. Everything felt awkward and I was constantly watching you to make sure I was doing the moves correctly. Even watching you I felt it very hard to follow.
