Zach's wife Jamie was my inspiration to first try OMAD as well. I've found it to be the simplest plan for losing, as well as the easiest to stick with over the long haul.

There is a way to eat until you are full, eat anytime you are hungry, and never count a calorie again. Look into the ketogenic lifestyle. Specifically start with the carnivore version for 3 months, then add things back one at a time gauging if you should be eating it based on your body's reaction. Long-term on the carnivore diet you drop (or gain) to your ideal weight and body composition. If you choose to exercise, building lean muscle is easy, all autoimmune diseases reverse, and you age slower. OMAD is ridiculously easy on the carnivore lifestyle, because you don't struggle with hunger pains anymore. You get full & satiated, and that feeling last all day. If hunger does come around, it's gentle and kind. It has no problem going away and coming back later if you're busy. The best part is the overwhelming calm that takes over you after a week or so. Anxiety & depression disappear.

Good for him! I also heard men store glycogen longer in their livers? OMAD tanked my metabolism but i like 2MAD. I think it's because I have iron deficiency... I dunno. I do fasted exercise before brunch though.

Unless you’re eating a lot of food and fat or still have enough body fat to use for fuel, OMAD can become like a low-calorie diet, and we all know what low-calorie diets do… lower your metabolism. Just look around at any “Biggest Loser” contestant.

Eat but eat less. Focus on protein. Lift weights. It's not rocket science.
