POWER WALKING HIIT 53 min.
Today, I bring you a new Power Walking session, but this time we'll be setting records for time and steps. Over 50 minutes of walking that will take us close to 10,000 steps, making us sweat and getting our hearts and muscles to work.
It follows an interval format, the second one on this channel, where we vary the speed and intensity of the exercise according to the music's rhythm. In addition to these intervals, the speed of the songs increases throughout the routine, so if you truly want to feel the benefits of this workout, you need to stick with it until the end.
No equipment is needed, the movements are straightforward, and you don't require much space, making this routine ideal to do anywhere and anytime of the day 😊. For those who prefer low-impact, stick to the initial version of the movement; don't worry, I'll indicate when to do so.
Suitable for all audiences, great for doing with family or friends 😉
