My diet status : Day 1 - 73.7 kg Day 2 - 72.5 kg Day 3 - 71.0 kg Day 4 - 71.5 kg Day 5 - 71.5 kg Day 6 - 70.5 kg Day 7 - 70.1 kg I lost around 3.6kg in a week. I eat less than bfr and i'm not doing any exercise

53-45 kgs in 3 days is impossible. Means that she lost 8 kgd in 3 days, don t fool people. Even if she did a dry fasting she won't lose 8 kg!

@@hueningpotato5212that was a different issue lmao, dieting and exercising are different, he lost 13kg in 2 weeks cause he skipped for 3-4 hours everyday in 4 layers and a jacket ontop with a heater in his room, then ran for 8 hours i think? and didnt even eat anything

yeah a kg is 7000 calories, so even if u completely stop eating it would take ≈ 4 days to lose 1kg, only way to lose more is water weight but its just water like

@@nawastar u just have to take it slow..one step at a time challenge your fears..sometimes it will get hard and u will cry and feel like u cant do it anymore but just trust yourself take a nap and move forward to another day..make sure to realize that no one is worth listening to , u are your own self and u deserve a happy life..another trick to use especially if u struggle to encourage yourself on eating more is making your brain think that the more u eat the more faster your metabolism will work..also do watch recovery journeys on youtube they really helped me alot

for the first meal (the yogurt breakfast) you should also try adding flaxseed and chiaseeds. they are healthy for you and they taste good in yogurts !

The ramen looks delicious. Instead of focusing on being a certain weight, I would aim for health. Eating the same foods over and over again can get boring. Try to do some type of physical activity you enjoy as exercise. Eating just a couple eggs and an apple isn't much for lunch. i hope you find a balance of health and happiness.

Hey I suggest not to do this diet it’s really unhealthy :( maybe add more protein and more crabs it will definitely be better but good luck with you weigh loss journey you can’t expect to lose more than 2 kg in a week

Try not to restrict yourself too much on the sweets. you can always have a bit. If you meant that you are pregnant, don't do this type of diet! Light exercises and wheat cereal are something you could snack on, I heard they added some calcium in it!! Beef, lentils, yogurt, fish, nuts, veggies, and fruit please consume them!! Avoid process meat, eat more lean meats like chicken and fish, whole grain food, brown rice, quinoa, oats, etc. You don't have to omit carbs completely, eat better alternatives, and don't be afraid to add a little seasoning into your food to enjoy!!! Take a walk if you can!! (at least 15,000 steps if possible, daily goal you can try to achieve!) I walk 20,000 steps and it became a lifestyle for me! Add not subtract. If you see your plate have too much of something, add something else to balance it out. (Too much meat and rice? Add veggies, nuts, and fruits) Make dieting fun for yourself. Sugar is not your enemy. One cookie a day wouldn't hurt!! Haha These videos are just short-term methods!! Some ppl want a good body just for the summer☀️ not long term!!

I'm sorry to say this to y'all but diets are harmful to your body, please be mindful of that. The amount of calories you consume is usually too low and the diet itself isn’t very varied so your body probably lacks nutrients. One thing to processed foods - non-fat yoghurts usually have tons of sugar to make up for the reduced fat. Salads can be a very healthy option but be mindful of processed dressings as the might have tons pf calories too. Making the dressing yourself is quick, easy and saves unnecessary calories :) Yet, I'm happy to see that you enjoyed some non-diet food because that's what balance is all about. However, if you guys do the principle of "cheat days" it can seriously mess with your head. The foods you allow yourselves on cheat days only might become a guilty treat and the probability of overeating following the principle "getting as much as you can because you’re only allowed to get this food once a week" might be harmful.

if you are short, then yes, you can still be fat at that weight. do weight lifting, not excessive cardio.

Try fasting ma'am. Even doctors will recommend it. Starving yourself is different from fasting. This is a healthy way to lose weight. Research about it and you'll be amazed by its benefits.

That's nothing to do with the eggs, she is starving herself and it isn't healthy at all, once she goes back just to a normal calorie food not even deficit the JoJo dieting starts again, she will gain it back all or even more. Why are people still doing this kind of silly stuff?! Wake up and maintain a balanced diet with being a bit of a calorie deficit and it will go on a healthy way, you learn good habits and if you aren't go much more over your normal calories for your weight you can keep the weight down also do some exercises or at least walks.
