Having good footwork is arguably the most important part of fighting. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
@tmg26125 жыл бұрын
And having technique, when to do the takedown or the KO punch with the help of the footwork of course
@treroney47205 жыл бұрын
I agree 💯. Some people say it's wrestling but I partially disagree. Wrestling is very important, but plenty of guys can wrestle. But not many guys have good footwork. And fewer people have exceptional footwork

no silly talk, no BS, just straight concise information. Love your professionalism. It's so annoying when having to listen to (so called) professionals talking crap when all I want is information. Thats why I love your videos. Keep up the good work.

There is a video of Lomachenko where he states that pivoting with the rear leg is a "mistake" or rather not the best way to pivot. When (orthodox stance) you want to pivot and face to the right you just bend and turn your lead leg to the right and then pivot your rear leg. He said that this is the best way to keep your balance in a fight and I would say he backs it up, he is the best in terms of footwork. I wonder why this isn't taught more often by coaches.
