Hello everyone!
Today, we are going to do an arms workout. We are going to work on the biceps, the triceps, the shoulders, the back & the chest. This home workout is no jumping and we will stand the whole time! You will need dumbbells or bottles. In this video, I use 2kg dumbbells but you can adapt depending on your equipment and level. I think it's best to use weight between 0,5kg and 5kg.
