okay so, im a 15 year old girl who's always been incredibly unhappy with my body and i've always hated exercise, until i discovered pilates, specifically lidia's workouts. i started off doing 20 minutes of lidia's workouts per day with one rest day a week and totally grew to love doing it. so then i increased to 30 minutes a day. i've been doing lidia's workouts everyday for 45 minutes for the past two months and wow! i've seen such a difference in my body! my stomach is much flatter, i don't get as bloated and my thighs are slimming down. so what im basically saying is to stay consistent because it does take time and effort but you CAN get the results you want if you work for it!!

I'm so happy for you girls! I'm 40 now, but I remember struggling with body image at that age. Stay active and away from junk food and sugar. Staying consistent, following a healthy lifestyle and being kind to yourself will help you navigate all the changes that come at that life stage (teenage years). You got this! 💪

same I am 15 and I love her Workouts so much. I wanna stay consistent but after 2 weeks I loose motivation or something happens that I can’t workout for a day and then I am not consistent anymore? How do u stay consistent and how do u have the motivation everyday? And another question what Workouts do u do? I mean do u do full body everyday or do u have a plan?💕

@@mary_book i'd say my biggest tip is to take breaks when you need them. if i feel especially tired one day, i won't workout. if i feel 'too lazy' to work out, i'll either do a bit less than normal or i'll remind myself that if someone else can do it, so can i. since i wrote the comment my workout routine has changed a bit but my body has changed loads! i now do 25 minutes of HIIT three times a week, 45 minutes of pilates 3 times a week and have a rest day on sundays but sometimes i end up exercising then because i enjoy it! normally when i do pilates i'll do 15 minutes abs, 15 minutes legs then 15 minutes of just anything, so sometimes its more abs, sometimes its arms, sometimes its waist. but my other tip is to take progress pictures after every workout, because when you feel unmotivated you can look back at them and see how much your body has changed and you can see what progress you've already made. and my last tip for feeling unmotivated is that i close my eyes and imagine what i want to achieve and tell myself that if i want the results that bad, i need to just suck it up and workout or i won't get them. i also enjoy moving my body because when i get older, i might not be able to get moving as much, so i want to enjoy this body while i'm still capable of doing what i love. hope this helped!!!

I workout for 30-50 minutes everyday and I always hated to do abs cus the burn is crazy. This one was very quick yet effective. Thank you Lidia!

In January i lost my dog, she had very advanced diabetes 😞she accompanied me when i did yoga, i still miss her. I love Plato in the videos, he gives an extra warmth ❤️🩹
