This mom is thrilled to have stumbled on this channel! My 4th grader gets the concepts in class but when he comes home he stumbles over himself trying to remember. And frankly, I graduated from high school 30 years ago and I do all my equations in spreadsheets, so I'm having to learn all over again alongside my son ! This video was a breath of fresh air. I'm not sure if it's exactly how his teacher is teaching it, but it made perfect sense to him right away, it helps him show his work, and even more importantly, it made sense to me so I could support him! my math teacher always uses you as an example for our new lessons and your honestly the biggest inside joke of my class. we even made a joke about you marrying our math teacher, and and i once said "mr j is my favorite youtuber!'' and now everytime our class watches you my teacher says "look (my name) is your favorite youtuber!" anyways you made my math class 10x funnier and i appreciate you for that.
