The Nomad L was impressive if only because I could hear the buffer spring and no other suppressor you've shown has done that. I'm really hoping you guys can get a Radical Defense suppressor or two because I feel like those have a chance at beating B&T in flow through cans.

Love my Nomad L. On my bolt guns it’s crazy quiet. I have a DI 6.5CM Savage and thankfully it has an adjustable gas block.

Great video! I shoot my 36M on my AR10 and it works great. Actually the added back pressure helps the gun run reliably as it’s under gassed (and the fancy cerakoting is adding bolt resistance). However on my Meridian Defense AK the 36M gasses you out and makes it virtually unshootable. I’ve order a 762 Velos and can’t wait to test them on both guns (as well as my 300blk). I do have a 762Ti HUXWRX that I really like. It’s light but so is the B&T you tested.

yeah AR10 can be tuff to work with.. there are few good ones in the wild. I am picky about what that means. Yes AKs are always over gased check out the KNS adjustable piston to help with that. thanks for supporting our channel =)

Part of that difference you experience with the decibel reading vs what you hear is the process itself in calculating the decibel reading. It's been proven that the standard decibel detection of 1 meter to the left of the muzzle can be significantly different than the perceived db at the shooters ear.

I'm hoping that's the case. My YHM Fat Cat is a bit gassy after 5+ quick shots. However I was cycling fine without the can with an H3 buffer on my 14.5 so I'm sure reducing the gas with an AGB would help a lot

Have you tried the Scythe-Ti (or other 30 cal titanium cans) on a 300 blackout with a Riflespeed gas block? The overall percentage of weight saved would be huge on a 8-10" rifle.

I'm running a scythe ti on an 9" mcx virtus and I love it. Sounds fantastic with subs, holds up to super Sonic ammo shooting fast for a couple mags, and it's ridiculously light weight. Back pressure on it I would call medium. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not a flow through can. I think it's a great buy for a 300blk gas gun.

@@Fadaar I was running an Omega 300 before the scythe. They are both close to each other in performance. I feel the scythe is better though. It's got less first round pop, it's a tiny bit quieter to my ear, back pressure is close to the same, but weight is where it shines. It is way lighter than the Omega. It also heats up and cools down faster than the Omega. I've only run 2 mags of supers firing every second and then letting it cool, but the baffles look perfect with no erosion from it. I use it mostly with subs and it's ears off comfy, but I felt that way about the Omega as well. It's a lighter Omega. That may or may not be worth buying if you already have an Omega. I prize lighter weight, and that was enough for me to spend my money.

The Noah is a 6mm can not 6.5 so this is not the test for the cat Noah. However I’ve got 2 of them and they kick ass! Super nice sounding. I’ve also got the WB and the SR 22lr can which is epic as well I’ve been incredibly happy with the every can CAT makes thus far. The hype may be something people hate. But they are legit and they’re proving their capabilities regularly

Gas management is a consideration for any gun you want to suppress. You should be preparing to use a barrel designed for suppression or AGB. I don't think it's realistic to take a gun off the shelf and ask it to work well out of it design specs.
