I've always wanted to try food from Japan and I also have a friend who likes Japanese cuisine, but we don't how to make Japanese dishes until we discovered your KZbin channel. If I wanted to use frozen corn for the corn tempura, what should I use for the liquid?

Even if you use frozen corn, you should still use the tempura batter as described in the recipe. If your corn has a lot of water on it, you may want to wipe it off thoroughly or reduce the amount of water in the tempura batter slightly.

When cooking corn well-done i wonder it should be cooked adding sugar💛 in steaming pot. Although i love snacking corn after potato and sweet potato i don't know proper method to eat corn deliciously.
