Sunscreen, exercise (especially strength training) healthy relationships, get enough sleep, and quit smoking and alcohol. It's not about adding years to your life, but adding life to your years

Great video as always. One other tip to look younger is being clean shaven. (So no stubble.). Facial hair can make you look more mature (older) but when you're older (I'm 53) and want to look younger, have no facial hair and you will appear younger.

I'm bald, so not much to helps me. But I still go to the barber's to get my head shaved and eye brows done. I also found when I ditched disposable razors and started using a safety razor, my skin looks and feels firmer. I've also removed bread from my diet and altered my gym routine, lost a lot of weight. All that combined with my new sports jacket and I'm getting a few second glances from people on the street. Thanks for all your style tips, they really help me.

I’ll be bald in a couple of years. Runs in my family and I’m 27 right now and I have no fear of it but for some reason I feel optimistic about it. I will start taking care of my self a little more. I dont have any tobacco or alcohol habits… I used to exercise more pre-pandemic now its kind of hard to go to the gym without being afraid of getting sick. But even if I go bald completely I’ll keep taking care of my look and health

49 next week, look ok but sogns are beginning to show. lots of grey in beard, slight receeds , best advice i could give is stay out the sun and dont pile on weight to try to look muscular, just stay trim. ( think boxer not body builder)

Shaving is not a fix to looking younger, and if you have face fat and a saggy chin, then it might be better to grow a beard in order to hide that. A beard makes one look more mature, manly and distinguished, whilst having a saggy double chin makes one look aged and sloppy.
