I once heard this quote and it changed my way of thinking: "A mistake isn't a mistake if you learn a lesson from it." By Garth Brooks. This made me think rather than taking a mistake negatively, if i learn from it, I have turned it into a positive, so it is no longer a mistake and a lesson learned :) hope this helps others, too!

Hi Meghan, I needed this today! I am in burnout right now and I just quit my job! 😀 My husband and I came to the conclusion my bloating and all the other health issues that have been going on including being in Postmenepause has a lot to do with me working. And since my husband owns his own business and I work for him it made the decisions so much easier for us to decide for me to pull the plug and do what my soul is calling me to do and that is the podcast that I have and I’m also taking a lot of courses right now to be a self-care coach for women and also help coach people who have anxiety. So this is a good reminder for me to slow down and just relax and everything is going to be OK and I will be OK. And I know that mine and my husbands relationship will be so much better. So I want to thank you for this video I’m sorry this is so long but I love your videos so much and I’m looking forward to starting my own videos at some point within the next six months. Have a wonderful day. And by the way if you ever do have some insight and bloating I’m still bloating almost after each meal and I’m trying to eat as clean as I can but unfortunately I do have IBS and I’m in menopause so that does fully apart in the bloating so video and bloating and that kind of nutrition with IBS would be so amazing thank you

All great advice. I have habitually been a great catastrophiser! Not helpful. It has helped me to remind myself that it’s ‘just’ a bad habit and that i can change my habits. And that has helped me a lot. 😊😊😊

When I worry about something, I remind myself to "work hard and be a good person." Almost everything in life turns out better than expected when I keep those two rules in mind and almost everything that goes wrong in my life is due to either me not working hard or me not being a good person. Thank you for this video!!

I would have taken you for someone who subscribes to a vegan diet, which is much more in keeping with so many other things you ascribe to.
