How about kiwi? They're full of nutrients like vit C, K, E, folate, potassium... and have a lot of antioxidants + a good source of fiber. :)

The best fruits are the fruits which are in season. Grown organically locally and are light on the wallet. Have a variety of them and keep changing em

I really love watermelon almost as much as any other fruit. It’s so refreshing especially when it’s fresh and sweet. I adore grapefruit too! Most people I know hate grapefruit.

All fruits Is low on sugar they don't even have frutose which is the one that cause fat, And strawberry's have Good vitamins but I won't say it's the best fruit but it's very delicious

Mangos are full of nutrients and vitamin C. Some of those nutrients also prevent some cancers and heart disease. And fresh mangos are really good taste wise. (for me at least🙂)

Hi! Doctor nice of your topic on Benifit of Good Fruits to eat . You told that Grapefruit is Very Good. But here in UK when we are given Cholesterol tablets THERE is warning by Chemists not to Eat or Drink Grapefruits as it has very bad effects to health.. Thats a good question, most advise not to take with grapefruit juice. Taking garlic(20g) and lemon juice(1TSP) together before bed can, according to this study , reduce cholesterol and possibly blood pressure, but when you work out the logistics of taking 20 grams of garlic/night you'll probably start warming to the meds :) www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4977979/

Hi. The fruits listed are ones that seem to be mainly and readily available in the US. What are some not so popular non US (international) not mentioned that are valued equally or better (i.e. - Jack fruit, Dragon fruit, papaya, passion fruit, etc...)

Very informative, but you speak much too quickly to be easily understood. Also please say "Type 2 diabetes" not just "Diabetes" when talking about risk factors etc. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease with no risk factors. People need to know the difference.

Bananas are not high in potassium ...never have been .They are recorded on the foods list as being low in potassium .Its a common belief they are high but it is simply not true .Potatoes contain many more times potassium that of bananas

No, you should not eat cherries and bananas. They are way too rich in sugar, which might cause sugar balance problems easily.

Hardly - when eaten whole the fibre prevents that. There really isn't that much sugar in most fruit. Depends how ripe the banana is too.
