Extraordinary person reading this, you are not define by your circumstance or your past. It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life! You are strong, you are capable and practice forgiveness (Forgiveness is for you) and gratitude everyday. This will change the course of your life forever! Love you always and I believe in you wholeheartedly ✨❤️ - Nat

Sometimes people are vibrationally too low and they’ll try to pull you down because they don’t know how to get up. It’s not easy for them. Better to show compassion than to convince them to rise with you. Thanks for this beautiful message that many need to hear.

One of the best ways of feeling confident I practiced was "Sitting with myself , with eyes closed and considering my presence as my child who needs and deserves all the goodness that exists. I love/hug myself,I protect myself just the same I do for my children. "

If you've ever struggled with confidence like I have, know this. You can build confidence. It is a skill that can be built. And like Lisa said, confidence is like a muscle you build over time if you keep working at it. And in those moments when you don't feel confident choose authenticity. 💜

Omg... this is spot on!!! And people who can not handle your confidence will just take care of themselves so you don't have to. And the kick back comes but ignore it. You are not meant to feel like crap your whole life!! Edit: Music is so powerful Self care means doing things you LOVE... what makes you feel loved. Give it to yourself. Creative forces give you huge boost. Anything, if you like widdling wood... or making art out of popsicle sticks, whatever it is do it. Bring happiness into your life daily!! Work towards goals daily and that reinforces your confidence. The Brave don't NOT feel fear, they do... but the keep moving forward. Fear, guilt, blame, shame are not constructive. They just keep you stuck. If you feel bad, fix it. Apologize, and do what you need to. Then move on. If you can't speak to the person. H'oononopono "I'm apologize, please forgive me, thank you, I love you." Wash rinse repeat. And if you need to apologize to yourself do it. Then move on. Sacrifices must be made. Lisa said it right. Radical acceptance. It's a challange. You have to come to a conclusion that is ALL humans are beautiful and flawed. We all have crap to work on or get through. ALL OF US! Laugh at yourself and choose something that creates love for yourself. Stop the snowball from getting bigger. Make a list of ways you love and hate yourself. Be brave. And choose 1 thing you hate a month and creatively come up with a way to move through it. What purpose does hating yourself serve. What are you (or others) getting out of yourself hate? It is serving a purpose or you wouldn't be doing it. This is awesome way to look at things because often times we are taking others projections on us and just embody them so we can "belong". Or we have freaking amazing traits and we scare others or ourselves with the awesomeness and we feel like counter balancing with that. 😘😘 Lisa thank you!! You are exactly what the world needs right now!! If you are reading this you are the person who deserves this right now!! 😘😘😘 Make this year your who you really are exposure. ALL of it. Own it, stand in it and be friends with people who OWN it and give 0 bleeps. If you own it, typically you don't act on it subconsciously. Or if you get that subconscious out as well, you can really alchemize what those nasty parts are really for. 😁 For creative and destructive forces. Ps, if nothing was destroyed, there would be no room for new growth. 🌱🌻🦋

I love the necklace totem it's reminiscent of your husband's robot ring. But for you it also symbolizes your entire Journey not just an emblematic Persona you can put on to help you feel strong and confident. There's a lot of meaning imbued in that object. That is very helpful tool. It has been a joy watching you and your own confidence and style grow as the years have passed with your show.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work. You are amazing!! I don't want to be a downer, but how do you get past (like I love jewelry)loss? So many special beautiful pieces were stolen from me, starting with my mother's wedding ring. Now, I get so sad around one of my favorite confidence builders.
@lisabilyeu81033 жыл бұрын
Firstly I’m SO sorry that happened!! That sucks beyond measure!! But yes what I would do it cultivate that same emotion in something else! The value or meaning we put behind things are all our own constructs. So I would find something else, attach a meaningful meaning to it that feels good, and then LEAN INTO IT! Like anything that needs to become a habit and habits are formed through repetition! So for instance, if my hubby was out of town and I didn’t get to see him let’s say for a month, I would create a “ritual” so that I feel closer to him. So I’d put on his sweater, or whatever and do that every day while let’s say eating from his favorite plate, and think of him. So now when I put his sweater on, I have wired my brain to think of him and happy thoughts instead of being sad he wasn’t with me. That’s a small little example but I hope that helps show you how we actually can cultivate whatever meaning we want from something to give us the feeling we want!

Thanks. It is helpful trying to start a healthier marketplace. It appears your Quest line has decent reviews. Most complaints are "doesn't blend well with ice." Way to improve that? Because many like ice. Many add ice later? Anyhow, I've liked your series I made myself a necklace I designed for my interview today and earrings... My issue with Chanel they supported the Nazi party. Chanel was unapologetic about it. Think the necklace is lovely just not the ethics of the brand. Agree regarding music getting you in the head space. You are someone who seems to genuinely care and give our world I can say it's very appreciated. Very. Think you are doing a good job overall.
