Welcome to Level 1 of the Butt & Legs Workout! This 6-Minute video training has been designed to work your lower body muscles, specifically:
Squats - will work your quadriceps and glutes
Side Leg Raises - will work mainly your adductors
Donkey Kicks - will work your glutes and hamstrings
Reverse Lunges - will work your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes

I have been doing this for.2weeks now and have started seeing result in my tights and butt..thou haven't start seeing result in my hips...but i will do it for 1month. And see how it will look...thank u roberta

Hi ! Your channel is heaven sent. I would like to make many positive changes in my life and one of them is to improve my health . SELF - LOVE is my motto for this 2020. Just muscle toning workouts will probably help you gain weight. the reason that most people loose weight duirng those workouts is cuz most people are fat lol but at a certain point, it will jsut give you more muscles and help you gain a bit of weight.

So they before yesterday i started the workout and doing it in alternative days Day 1 :✅ Day 3 : ✅ Day 5: ✖ (i was having soreness in my thighs so i skipped) Day :6 ✅(a little soreness but i did it) Day :8 (sorry i forgot) 😅

I had an unfortunate accident at work that caused me to go into Rhabdomyolysis and be hospitalized for a month. After 3 months of home health care post discharge, this is a great way to ease back into fitness (with doctor approval). I am too afraid to go back to the gym, but these videos are challenging enough to still show results. Thank you!

Hello, Logans Run! I hope you are doing good these days. And yes with doctor's approval you can try the workouts here. I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

I go hard on these and I started March non stop..arms days monday, Wednesday, friday...legs,butt, tommy Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday..I do tommy on arms and leg days...

I don't really follow a strict workout time, Tamilselvi. For me, the ideal time would be when it fits into your schedule so you have the ability to show up everyday. It takes consistency and it needs to become a regular part of what you do in order to really see results. So remember to stay active and eat healthy along with regular exercise. Hai, your excercise are good and i need that how to do it,bzoc u just doing with animation so i don't know the correct way to do it... sorry i have doing squats for 1 week but today only i found it on another video that how to do it correctly....and if we don't do ot property it ll cause major prblm thats also i found it today....so pls i request u to put it manually then only we can know it the correct way and bcoz of unknowing we may suffer a lot in future......this is for absolute beginners

1st of all, there are no level of any exercises... And nor can anyone make..... And if you can try harder ones, but better would be if you don't do.... It will kill you (joking).... I meant, it will be hard for you....

They have clearly mentioned this is level 1 and let me tell you something) humble tone) for your unawareness.. We always start from beginning level and continue to harder level,only then there would be benifit of doing an exercise, if you are only doing warmup for more than an year 😂😂better don't do anything it's of no value, then exercise is something in which you should increase the intensity constantly.

Well, Shweta, you're really going to have to do it to find out for yourself, because weight loss results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout. Some see results in 7 days, some take more time than that. Just remember that you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪

If you're wondering IF this workout is effective, let me tell you IT IS!! I have been committed to doing this one, at least 3 times a week, for the past month, and my husband can't keep his hands off of me. I was already pretty much rounded back there, but this exercise has greatly increased the size of my butt and has firmed my glutes. Start now and remain consistent and you WILL see results.
