Oh my gosh, ANNIE! You look fabulous! I am inspired by your fitness through the pregnancy journey! This was another good workout! I pick a different one each time...depending on how I am feeling I try to do your no weights workout after. My other favorite is your 10 minute outdoor, pregnancy workout (ice cream scoops at the end). 🥰

This my new favorite Annie workout!! Before this, it was either the tricep burnout video or the one that has 2 workouts, one with weights and one without. They are phenomenal. Also.... always remember that Annie has videos that you can do while traveling that don't require weights. Her no weight workouts will kick you in the pants too!! Love

I been focusing on bigger dumbells can i still do these light ones of yours as well still ..i work my arms chest day back day shoulder then a full arm body day will this be to much on top of that ...i just love the light weight to work them differnt ..and wow you look amazing 7 weeks after baby wow !! Iv been here for about 2 years now so im loving this one ..a couple differnt moves 😊❤

Yes! I love to switch it up. Lifting heavy 2 days a week and then 2-3 days light weights!

Egy hónapja csinálom ezeket a gyakorlatokat. Azonkívül, hogy a nyakam nagyon megfájdul tőlük, nem változott a karom. Ez a sok kitartott gyakorlat és ebből adódóan a kényszertartás inkább ártalmas. Súly kevés a fejlődéshez. Sajnálom
