Warm ups have always felt workouts to me, and this was no exception. What is exceptional is that I have rebounded twice a day for the past 10 days. I'm going to do the 10-day challenge again, just get get my 'routine' muscle exercised. I am now exploring your other beginner videos like this one and will revisit the form video. Thank you

Wow, this warm up feels like a work out to me. That's how out of shape I am. Thank you for posting this easy to follow and effective routine. It feels good even though it's not easy for me. I feel like I am doing the right thing for my body. I am able to do gentle rebounding for ten minutes and I hope to build up my strength over time. I can rebound longer than ten minutes, but it feels like that's too much so I'm starting at ten and working up. I am able to do all the stretches. Even though I'm 52 and out of shape, I still have approximately the same flexibility I had when younger. Just not the strength. Plus I have extra weight.

Sounds like you're off to a really great start! Keep up this stretching along with your ten minute routine and you'll see results in no time!

Thank you for this! Great stretching routine. Would it be possible to edit and do a voiceover to describe each move? I kept having to get up to pause the video to read the instructions on my iPad which made it take way longer than 6 minutes, and interrupted the flow. I found myself wishing there were brief audible instructions for each stretch. I really appreciate you, Nikki!!❤

Hi! That's a great idea...thanks for the suggestion! Once you get familiar with the moves in this video, you won't even really need it. You'll be able to whip out a quick warmup...easy peasy! Thanks so much for watching and subscribing to my channel.
