No need to increase playback speed with this guy. But I love it. I get bored listening to most ppl speaking. It...takes them....uh...so....long....to.....say....a..a.....anything. Grrrr!

Two things I will add. 1). Bergamot is great for lowering cholesterol and needs to be added to the list on any new videos about cholesterol. 2). Marine phytoplankton works at a much higher level than fish oils. It is in fact the source of fatty acids in fish oil. Thanks.

So I actually have to disagree as I tried Bergamot for 4 months believing truly this was my answer and would lower my way too high cholesterol and it did NOT not at all work for me!! Believe me I truly wanted it to! In fact at my next blood work I actually raised to 345 (scary) 242 ldl 87 Hdl Prior to bergamot was at 284 total 186 ldl 79 hdl

Dr. Livingood, I read your book and it was so enlightening for me. I started changing my eating habits right away. Also, I shared your book with family and friends. They were all excited to find a Dr. that encourages a natural approach to Livingood!!! Thank you and May God continue to bless you and your family.

I like my cholesterol. It fixes damage. The only reason it shows up is if you have damage and inflammation, so… I would focus on whats causing the damage and inflammation. Mentions Omegas oils/vitamins here in the video - you’ve got to make sure you are good in B vitamins AND choline so you can use them.

3/15/2023 I just received notice from my GP that my total cholesterol is too high at 296. It was only border on my last 6 month appointment. What would cause such an increase? I’m not a fried food eater nor do I consume lots of packaged snacks ir lots of sugar. I do eat sweets on occasion but not often. I do have gastroparesis. My eating is very limited. I’m on DLG Greens. I have not been able to exercise lately but plan to get back to it with this new challenge. My dr wanted to immediately start me on a statin😢. I read an article that free radicals could contribute to a sudden cholesterol increase so I started DLG Detox. Any recommendations or suggestions.
