Warm-up is as important as the main exercise 💯
Warm-up not only starts better blood circulation but also prepare your muscles and joint for a heavy workload and minimise the chances of injury 👍
Warm-up can be of Two type
1. General full body warm-up
2. Dynamic muscle specific warm-up
Also, there are a few things you need to know:
✅ What to add in your warm-up
• All joint movements/rotations
• Dynamic stretches
• Muscle-specific lightweight reps
❌ What not to add in your warm up
• Heavy weight lifting
• Intense run
• Static stretches

This is static stretching not dynamic warmup.

each exercise 3 times for 2 min.... edidted 1*min
