This 60min Tabata is in my favorites list. It's fast paced and moves are varied and no repeats. I love it!! Looking forward to more 60min cardio hiit workouts !😍 All standing versions would be great!😍 Thank u!

I am post-beginner/early intermediate level (self-proclaimed 😬) when it comes to cardio workout. Its been a while that I have been working out Eleni's 45 MIN GETTING LEAN HITT WORKOUT+ ABS FINISHER. Try this workout for first time today and I burn 580 Calories with average heart rate 140 according Apple Watch setting HITT. I am 5'2" with 57 kg. I obviously was unable to keep up with her speed, intensity and frequency because of complexity of some exercises. And took longer break due to short phone calls and I took advantage to rest :)). Great workout and made me feel accomplished.

The amount of EFFORT put into this! Absolutely brilliant, this is actually the first time I have seen so many moves in a workout, especially a no-repeat workout. I can't believe the sheer dedication and love put into this, thank you so much :) You literally continue to be my favourite everyday!

As always, Eleni’s exercise gradually brings my body to sweat, which I really LOVE! It makes workout not so hard. Her subscription is close to 1M but I think she should have been long time ago. Way to go, Eleni!🎉

Phenomenal workout! I love that almost every exercise is a combination of more than one move. Keeps the mind working and makes it so much more fun and challenging. Also love how it’s divided into different sections. Would love some more Tabata one hour workouts - standing ones are my favourite. Thank you!

Where do I even begin... what a fantastic workout! Burnt an amazing 550 cals and enjoyed every second of it. Amazing variation with effective exercises. Loved the "circle" technique, kept me pushing through each round. Thought the cardio round in the end would have me drained but instead it had me pumped! Thank you for this! x
