Was struggling today but my granddaughter was encouraging me on "you can do it Nana". At the end she got some weights and did it along with me. Nothing like having someone cheering you on.

Great job everyone. What an amazing 60 minute workout. I love the 60’s makes me feel so good and so strong when I am done. Thank you for always setting us up for a great day. To those of you that give Sydney’s workouts a thumbs down I am not really sure why. They are all great workouts, educational , well paced, diverse, positive energy GALORE and uplifting. If you can’t do they moves I get it but not sure why the thumbs down. You can’t get a more dedicated trainer than Sydney she explains everything and always encourages you to go at YOUR PACE for YOUR LEVEL. Shaking my head at the thumbs down... have a great Saturday everyone now eat healthy drink water and go crush the rest of this day. ❤️

I like you hiked on Monday my daughter's and I went 6.6 miles so Tuesday I did both Tuesdays and Mondays workouts so I could get them all in this week. And today I did this aaaamazzziiing workout and I'm taking my youngest daughter to the trampoline park and we are gonna play for 2 hrs. But I am so thankful for my body and how strong it is and has become. Thanks for your dedication to us Sydney you are more appreciated than you know.

I was feeling weak this morning after being depressed yesterday and spent most of the day laying around. I knew in order to get back on track I needed to work out with you. Knowing I was going to feel better is what kept me going. I have to say this routine was awesome! It did go by fast. Really really liked it. The abs were awesome and a bit painful. 😂But I welcome the pain as yet another challenge. Thank you Sydney, this workout will be at the top of my list as favorites. 🥳

My Goodness What A Week!!!! Today was tough---my whole body was sore but especially my quads/glutes and I was struggling to press play today. But I pushed through to the end and I worked as hard as I could and I am proud of myself! I make my time/health/well-being a priority and I'm thankful for my body and the way that it moves! I usually struggle to stay focused for 60min workouts, but you were right- it went by SO quick. I loved the short work periods. And then the last round really helped for me to go heavier. I think this was a new fave of mine! 💪🏻 🔥

unfortunately, i have not been able to participate at all this week. i took a much needed break while dog sitting for family, i had gotten so exhausted from pushing myself way too hard. i fell out of love with workouts and myself, this week has been hard but much needed. i still come back everyday to see what i’m missing, i’m ready to start back strong on monday. just a reminder that it’s OKAY to take breaks, even the things you love the most can exhaust you. know when to stop and breathe. you come first.

Ok I loved this format of 2 rounds of everything followed by a one round circuit of all the exercises. I found I pushed myself harder in round 2 than I normally would knowing I was moving on to a different exercise. Thanks for another great workout and for switching it up!

I am extremely thankful to Sydney and Dustin for this channel, special mention to the programing and the focus month after month, and how everything ties up together to achieve happy healthy strong. Through this workout, the benefits reaped from tier 1, especially in core strength was exceptionally obvious for me in this 60min workout. Without these programing and focus, I would have browsed through the entire channel searching for workouts that are in my comfort zone. I have to say all the programs thus far have challenged me SO MUCH, and if not for them, it is quite unlikely that I will ever try them, more so push limits through them. In a way, Sydney's programmed workouts have forced me (in a good way) to show up daily and to embrace the discomfort. What happened next.... Amazing benefits. TQ so much Sydney ❤️

Yooo so proud of everyone for making it through that one. I love a 60 min challenge because my brain has to fight to stay positive and stay in the game as well as the physical aspect of a 60 min workout. My brain feels stronger today and I’m realizing that this was the best week I’ve had in about a month, last month was a challenge to stay in it and stay motivated, I lost my focus a bit for the first time since I started in January, but I never quit as I would’ve before. My mental game is getting so much stronger as well as my physical strength and I’m proud of myself for getting a stretch in everyday and not letting people divert my focus from my goal, and I plan to do the same thing next week. I’m having so much fun in these workouts and I’m excited to see what’s in store next month. Also going to weigh myself today as it’s been 6 months since I started being consistent!! I know it’s not just about the number anymore, I know what I’ve shed mentally is much more than a scale could measure, so no matter what that number says I’m still strong, I’m still worthy, I’m still going to show up with as much energy as I can muster everyday. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and there is no finish line. Health is forever 💛💪🏾✨

Great workout.. I really enjoyed the way this workout was organised sometimes 3 rounds in a row seems too hard but doing two and then one really works nicely... for me anyway :) Thank you Sydney for all your hard work and kind words xxxx Go everyone we're CRUSHING IT!!! :)
