I cheered myself up from the initial disappointment of no live step today by doing this one again....Im sure the muscle memory kicked and I was able to push myself harder as my legs seemed to remember the moves..... I still love this one. Hope the power is back on soon. Really miss Saturday live..... but you have an amazing back catalogue so I can't complain. Thank you Chris.

love you're 60 MINUTE STEP AEROBICS - 🎶 Great Music | INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED 367 workout it's one of my absolute Favourite workouts and is a really fun one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to do to and it's very intense challenging and loads of fun and you burn loads and work up a load of sweat its a brilliant workout

This is my hardest step ever even attempted and I didn't get every move every time but I kept moving like you say! 2 foot surgery's in two years and I completed every single workout for 2 weeks and plan to continue! Your pep talks at the beginning of each class make me think: we should give YOU the pep talk. It's easy for us. We just follow, and no one sees us. You are in front of the camera, creating the moves, doing the cueing, keeping your (and our) energy up, staying positive. You deserve the uplifting speech!!! This is a great class for people who have never tried advanced. More on the intermediate side, mostly because of your excellent cueing and lots of repetition. But super fun, great music. I might need to make a new folder called "Recommendations." The only thing that messed me up was TikTik Boom cuz I was singing to it and forgetting steps!

Many people commented on the fact that practice and trying with consistency is the key to feeling successful with sep and I completely agree. I was completely new to step when I started with Chris and two(ish) years later I feel confident when tackling a step class. It was not always pretty, but over time and with grace I was able to learn choreography. It is not always pretty, but I allow mistakes (that is a life lesson in itself). Now it is how I start every Saturday. Chris's take on step is so much fun. Thank you for another great one. Your enthusiasm today was contagious.

So... in response to those who complain that they won't ever "get it".. I wonder.. if you wanted to become gourmet chef but can't boil water, would you immediately enroll in an advanced gourmet cooking class or would you start with a learning basic cooking skills and slowly over time build up a skill set to produce those gourmet meals? I've been stepping for about 10 years and started with Chris in 2020. When I first started I couldn't manage more than a basic step or v step. Over time I built up a pretty good resume of step moves that helped me to advance from basic to intermediate and advanced classes. Let me tell you what an amazing feeling it is to listen to Chris describe a sequence and being able to follow along and "getting it"!

I used to struggle with repeaters, but today (after increasing my strength training over the past year) I sailed through 50 (50!) repeater legs on each side - I surprised myself! I am so grateful to you for making fitness fun so it's easy to keep up the effort. You're the best.

I go into every advanced step workout with trepidation, but with determination to practice till I get it right. Today, I surprised myself. I picked up the moves rather quickly, and I think I can now consider myself an “advanced stepper”! I am living proof that the more you practice, the more fun it is, and the better you get 😊 thank you for all your hard work! I will probably practice this all week as part of my workouts but of course, I will do strength training as well!

I am so impressed with myself!! Last March I started off with step - basic. I worked up to intermediate and fast basic. But the elusive advanced was so out of reach. But not tonight. I was able to do most of the moves with some rewinding and some “fake it til I make it” moves but I did it. Thanks Chris. This was so much fun.

Did this in the after party which means it took me twice as long (lots of breaks!) but it was so awesome! Loved the choreography, loved cooling down to Fast Car at the end, kept thinking Nastia was going to suddenly appear and hope Marta is feeling okay!
