My favourite dance is Bhangra I could not like exercises but this type of exercise I like too much ❤ I loved your steps of Bhangra And guys can you realise I do it for 3 month. And I can reduce 3 kg fat🎉.. I m very happy with this type of workout ... I like it very very much 😊😊❤❤ in the first week I couldn't do 3 rounds But 1st day I only do 2 rounds... But after some time I could do all the 3 rounds ....with proper diet....😊😊 I love it 💞

I did about 20 minutes of this workout and I was sweating. This is really helpful. I’m gonna slowly increase the time and do the whole thing twice which will make it one hour approximately.

That’s not possible. You need to burn 7700 calories to loose one kg. But your weight can generally vary between 1-2 kgs everyday and that’s what happened to you
