Isn't truck arm supposed to not require a panhard bar? Trying to figure out a simple solid axle suspension geometry without a lateral locator. Pinion angle is unimportant as I'm building a de-dion suspension which mounts the diff to the chassis and uses CVs to power the hubs.

Why does it need a c-notch besides keeping the frame from hitting the rear axle?

Do you guys have a video showing what to remove from your frame before you have it sandblasted and painted to add all of your components? I don’t want to remove things that need to be there and have to put them back on later.

How much room do I have in the rear for tires? What offset with a narrowed rear differential?

The OE inner wheel wells do not provide a whole lot of space for tires. You will have to modify them to run 275 and bigger. I would recommend reaching out to our tech team for recommendations! 952-985-5675 or [e-mail]
