4:44 i think tht ring which you removed from the sprocket is a chain protector. Like from getting jumbled up from loose chain something like that!! I found it on a cbr 250r as well!!

Always use loctite on that front sprocket...take my word for it!

That weird shit on the sprocket is there in case the chain were to come off while riding, it's supposed to stop it from getting tangled in the sprocket. I took that crap off as well. Can't wait to see it painted like the r1m. Nice job IB and Zack. 👏👊✊

4:40 its a chain guard if the chain comes off it lands on that and not the axle

The metal parts on the rear sprocket are to same you if the chain was to ever come off instead of getting tangled up in between the swing arm n the sprocket it rided of the circle rings

Hey, I'm big fan of your bike build series.. I just love watching it and I m very much interested in super bikes. I got Yamaha r3 2017 model. "Stock 😣" Problem is that it is limited to US of your build series. Actually I m from India and even if I participate I won't be able to win the bike. Anyways.... Hey 650!?....you should do a special on Zach and his background as a bike mechanic...the bikes he rides...etc. It’s always amazing watching him work on bikes. What doesn’t he know?...how did you find find him? That exhaust sound weird on that bike, lol. Something doesn’t add up, lololol...almost like the bike is too tiny for the akra...like a nasty chihuahua! Lol
