Loving these videos, especially the detailed commentary. What kit are you using to get all that info on to the video, speed, bearing, heart rate etc. Would love to start recording stuff like that during our races. Thanks again for such good videos.

Thank you! The data is recorded with a Garmin Edge 520 GPS bike computer in waterproof case. I then sync the data to the footage using Virb Edit, a free Garmin produced video editing software.

Mozzy Sails is there a actual waterproof case for the garmin 520 that you then fit to the boat or do you put it in a waterproof pouch and keep it in you? Thanks

@@Jamiegrigor I put it in a waterproof phone case, then stick that in the pouch for halyard tails. The 520 is splash proof, but they also make fully waterproof watches.

Bear in mind Spithill keeps his heart rate at about 85.
