I don't know Kevin Warren but I agree with what he said it's easy to point out problems but where are the solutions.. why is it important to want to know what Jalen Johnson said to the coach is that going to make them play better? It's a juicy story because most people like confusion and gossip. which is hidden behind an umbrella of we care and want the best for the Bears.

Sadly,Soldier Field will always be full. It’s 90% or so PSL,season ticket holders. I remember in the 70’s ,they were so bad that they were subject to blackouts every Sunday because they weren’t selling tickets . CBS would buy the remaining tickets to televise the game.

​@@gobears3530 you dont get rid of GM's the year after you draft a QB and sign 4 players to massive contracts. you give a GM 2 coaches and 2 QB's. thats the rule of thumb. Poles is on now on QB 1 and coach #2. otherwise, the new GM will just tear up the roster and you'll go back to scratch. the new GM will say "i didnt get a chance to draft a QB and i was saddled with all these big contracts that i didnt sign. (kmet, DJ, Sweat, JJ) i need 4 years to clean up this mess" Poles shouldnt go anywhere for another 3 years. He needs to be here until year 3 of Williams or until he bring in a new QB to replace williams. every team does that. its standard NFL protocol.

Obviously you guys don't pay attention at the Press conferences. Kevin Warren was pressed on who will have final say if they don't agree on who to hire. He said he's sure they will be able to come to an agreement but he said if push comes to shove Ryan pulls is the general manager and he will have the final say. You guys need to pay attention. When I hear you reporting things that I know are not true it brings all your reporting into question.

It’s why Matt Eberflus was allowed to give his Friday press conference with the media, then IMMEDIATELY get fired right after. That was a black eye for the Bears to the rest of the NFL. Other potential coaching candidates looked at that as a stain on the Bears name. Now they’re worried about being humiliated like that if they were to sign with Chicago. It’s just the Bears way. It’s a traditional dysfunction. It all boils back down to the McCaskey family.

I tend to agree with you. I think what we are seeing is that Poles never really was given full control. From the original choice to hire Eberflus to the decision in the offseason to keep him, Poles hasn't had free reign. Now you can fault Poles if you wish for taking the job under those conditions, but that's sure how it looks to me.

Who is Kevin Warren and why is he around this team? He isnt a "football" guy. he is a lawyer who is a nice bureaucrat. thats the problem with the McCaskeys. they always keep bureaucrats around. they had ted phillips who was an accountant around as well. you need bureaucrats but they should remain in the back ground. Ryan Poles brought in some character and charisma guys and overall he’s done a solid job. But working for the greedy McCaskeys is not a job for those who want to excel. Best to move on. And Kevin Warren is a used car salesman. Bears had their chance with Harbaugh and they blew it. All this gut wrenching carnage could have been avoided if they just weren’t so GD cheap.

Elevating Thomas Brown was stupid. They should have left him to develop CW. Now he has a host of responsibilities that have nothing to do with CW. Look at what happened to the Jets when they elevated their DC to HC. Their defense went from an asset to crap because he could no longer concentrate on the defense.
