Melissa I have a sneaking suspicion that you have under-mind the pool possibilities. I learned a lot about autism back when I was a young Marine I wanted to volunteer for something in the community. I had the distinct honor to be a coach and judge at a special Olympics in New Bern North Carolina. Those kids were so giving and put out 100% by just asking them to do what they wanted to do 100 yard dash, etc... When I say Hello Hunter. I am really speaking to him even though he may not respond I know I have reached a human being the appreciates recognition. Thank you for sharing your video. Ed

Like the answered questions part of this video. The once a month update is really cool. Love the dogs. Don't know about getting another dog Melissa. That's tough. Had to let ours go. He was 14 yrs old and was in failing health. We did the right thing and did not let him suffer. He was such a good dog. His name was Cooper. Always enjoy watching you do anything,,,and Mike. He really is knowledgeable about that tractor. And other stuff to. Take care.

Mike you asked and I’m responding... I loved this video! I enjoyed the variety. I really enjoy both you’d and Melissa’s answering questions. This was an enjoyable, well rounded video. BTY, I saw a couple of chunks of split elm that I’d give part of my kingdom to have to turn. Because of the interlocking grain even th pith centers work well. It is one of my favorites, especially to use for a canvas for colorization. Pls keep these coming, and Have a Day from Central Texas!

After watching your work out Missy it explains a lot, you work at the area's that really count and you match in your beauty inside and out. Your heart shows your beauty in your personality.... areas that count.... match..... The whole package and I know I'm not the only one who thinks this to be true!!! However I will argue that I'm the number 1 fan though. Hi Ava, hope today is a better day than yesterday.

Being a caregiver for almost 21 years I know until someone has walked in your shoes they really don't understand all the things you handle on a daily basis. I admire anyone who is a caregiver. You are amazing people you Morgans! I'm from Canada but lived for over 10years in the USA. In other countries I've lived in I found that once in awhile a certain negativity toward "America" came out. As a Canadian I was called an American and thrown into that negativity. I always defended Americans. Why? Not because they associated me with America but simply because I lived there and was able see first hand the beauty of the country, the freedom, the patriotism and above all the overwhelming majority of wonderful american families like yourselves. You showed hospitality, showed your faith, your generosity and down to earth hard work that made both Canada and USA what they are today. So thank you for showing through your videos what I experienced in America and about Americans. I was content to be perceived as an American even when it was in experiencing misguided negativity because as far as I'm concerned I was in good company! I appreciate all of you. Keep fighting the good fight! God Bless!

you all asked awhile ago what to do with the saw dust from the saw mill . I came accross an idea someone was using it as compost in raised gardens. Now i know you guys dont have any raised gardens but you can also use the bark slabs for the bottom of a deep raised bed. Add the sawdust and earth along with brush or chips from a chipper to it. It makes a micro nuetrients base for the garden as it decomposes. basicly it makes free dirt for the garden.
@andreprince69544 жыл бұрын
Just a thought for the bark slabs, now you guys might not have an issue with wind with all the trees that you have but a lot of farmers use these for wind break for their livestock in the winter up here in Canada. Love the videos, keep up the good work!

Hello, Mike and Melissa I Love all of the video's you've made, I just wanted to let you know that the reason for the elm that you split up so easy because it was frozen, when it's froze like that it'll split just as easy as red oak splits, but when it's not it's one of the worst one's to split.

Mike, you should give a quick explanation of the purpose of the washer fluid mix in general (ie why even have the water squirt on the blade? what's it do?) and also explain the purpose of why the Pine-Sol is added. I enjoyed the video very much. Life is never easy and we all have things that are personal to our family. Injury or sickness, disability, the main thing is never give up and remember God is always there you are never alone. God bless. I have one more thing, our family dog has been missing for 3 days. Howdy Morgan Clan, I will agree with others in the comments that a monthly or bi-monthly Q & A video would be good. Mike I own a Fiskar axe too and to borrow a phrase from Buckin Billy "it's deadly friends". I have split yellow elm for firewood, however customers were not to happy with it because of the odor associated with it until it becomes seasoned. Around here in Southwest Ohio the yellow elm is often referred to as piss elm because of the odor. I would imagine that red elm is similar? Again great video and Have A Day!

Melissa all dogs are one of a kind. I have had several dogs over the years. They all hold a special place in my heart. However my heart is always open for the new dog. I have two right now. My oldest Melody is 12 years old and she is the female version of Stanley. She does what she wants regardless. The funniest part is when I get upset with her. She cringes like as though I beet her or something. The funniest part is I have never even smacked her. I think she does it to make me feel bad. I am telling you she is way to smart. I love rainy days. Both of my dogs watch out the window until the rain let's up to let us know they need to go. It is hilariously to watch a 95lb bull dog prance on her tippy toes. Because she doesn't like mud. Then she insists that I clean her paws when she comes back in. Melody has her sidekick daughter Lexi. Lexi gets in to trouble because mom makes her do it. We have watched Melody force Lexi to do things. If Lexi tries not to do what her mom wants. Melody will punish Lexi. I hope when you are ready you open your heart again. They will make you laugh. They always know when something is bothering you. They try to cheer you up. They are always happy to see you. Like you've been gone forever. God bless

Great video, our son is on the autism spectrum with Asperger's and people have found asking if I would still have had him immunised a dangerous question to ask. They have it turned around on them when I ask why they hate people with autism so much they think not immunising their child will prevent it. As for the type of video once in a while a break from the norm is good for us viewers. Mike you are looking forward to March first as am I because it should be cool enough and now we have finally had some decent rain in my part of Australia dry enough without fire risk that I can get back out in the bush and start cutting this seasons firewood. The oppressive heat and dry of this summer has done my head in and my happy place is out in the bush, so for my mental health (and physical) I'm chomping at the bit to get back at it.
