I was on Lexapro for my PPA and it definitely made everything quiet so being off of it I do struggle with some generalized anxiety but not the way I did with PPA I’m definitely glad I got help because I definitely felt helpless back then

I wear a lot of hairbands (I have a whole collection) and I never had the issue you're facing. I can only suggest that maybe you should try to put it a bit lower on the back (closer to your neck) or maybe you should try the one which is not that wide. Experiment a bit :)

I think your new home is great. Betterhealth really helps around the world. No one talks about depression and anxiety as a consequence of Covid, but the numbers are too high. I seriously need help from you if you can or any mama. I have a almost 2 year old and I'll have my new baby in a month. We just moved and I have absolutely no clue how to get her to sleep in her own bed in her room 😢😢. She just screamed for 40 minutes straight because she didn't want to nap in there. I need help or tips

We do the 5-10-15 method, you check on them after 5 minutes then 10 then 15 and continue to check on them every 15 minutes until they sleep. It might take a few days for them to get the hang of it but it WORKS and you don’t have to feel guilty for them crying or screaming because you are checking on them just at the specific intervals

I think it also helps to incentivize her with something she would like. Maybe try telling her if she can take a nap in her room she’ll get to watch a favorite show of hers after or have a special snack she likes. Even if the snack is something as simple as peanut butter crackers - just something you know she likes that she doesn’t get to have very often. Just make sure to explain the instructions in a very calm and clear manner. For example, “if you can be a big girl and sleep in your room all by yourself mama will let you have (insert reward)”. Best of luck! 🎉

Arrow and Stone...I'm all for naming your baby what you want but some naming trends😬 Also, these curated play dates. Is that for the video, or do people actually put together play dates like this? Usually, we just invite a kid over to play with what we already have, and they can ask for food if they get hungry.🤷‍♀️
