Hii!!The following recipe is wrote by me. It was totally just translate into English from the video. I also added some little tips from my experience before. Hope you enjoy it❤️ 𝑀𝑎𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑜𝑛 𝑅𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑒 ❤︎ Ingredients : Almond powder 188g icing sugar 180g egg white 144g sugar 144g water solubility edible pigment (white,red,black,brown) Bamboo Charcoal Powder apparatus: Bowls Sieve Whisk pastry bag and nozzle(1cm,5mm) Make the shell: 1)put the almond powder and icing sugar in a big bowl and stir well 2) use a sieve to sift the mixture of almond powder and icing sugar 3)stir the egg whites with a whisk 4)Add sugar in three batches after stirring the egg whites. Keep stirring them until the egg white can pull out the tip. 5)add those sifted mixture powder in the egg white in once. 6) After mixed, separate them into 4 7)add water solubility edible pigment in separate.(white,red,brown) 8)each color mixture: Press and mix until it’s look like fluid but not fluid. 9)put them in the pastry bag then use 5mm nozzle to make any shape u like( Christmas tree, gloves, socks) *tips: print out the shape and put the paper under the butter paper 10)use 1cm nozzle to make a circle. Make sure they all are in same size.(white and brown mixture) 11)put them in some ventilation place wait until the surface is not sticky. 12)Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 12 minutes 13)after cooled down, take them out carefully and pair the shells together. Make the sugar: Ingredients: 2g egg white 2g water 45g icing sugar Edible pigment( 1)stir well egg white and water 2) Add icing sugar and mix them together until it’s snow white and soft. 3)separate them in four and add the color( white, red, brown, Bamboo Charcoal Powder)add a little bit only 4)Then put them in the pastry bag and use 1mm nozzle to decorate.( use white sugar mixture draw the contour, use red for embellished, use brown for horns, black for eyes and red for deer mouth Make the stuffing: Ingredients: cream cheese150g butter 100g icing sugar 15g 1)Make soft the cream cheese and mix well with icing sugar. 2)add the soft butter and mix well 3)put them in pastry bag and use 1cm nozzle the stuffing and cover them.
