I like to see these types of videos every now and then. I know wood production is faster sawing logs at the woodyard but these kinds of videos like this gets back to basics that anyone who has ever cut firewood can relate to. I’ve been severely injured in a construction accident one year ago, and have been pretty much laid up ever since. I’ve already had 2 surgeries and have at least 2 more scheduled, one later this summer and the next after the new year. Watching these videos helps keep my sanity while I spend so much time in the house. I have hopes of getting back out in the woods someday and being able to go like normal. In the meantime I’ll watch you saw away.

New and different, nice. Variety is the spice of life. Three or four of these a year would make for a good mix. Do you buy the shirts and have them printed up right there in Appleton ? Or Do you order the shirts on line already printed up?

Great video Chris. Did you finally buy a skidding winch? And ya I thought would've seen the winch in action. They are very useful. Heck with 165' of cable mine had came with I was using my skidding winch to pull trees down instead of the rope. Cheers.

Yall need a big ass chipper. The company I use to work for would have chipped most of that. We would chip anything up to 16''. Just stick the trunk in the feed roller and it would just eat the whole tree in just a few min.

We only do a couple tree jobs a year and getting a chipper sure would be nice but a poor spending money decision.

Adam did a pretty good job with the throw bag and slingshot. Those soft shackles come in handy and have been used in the boating/sailing communities for years MORR just slaps his name on them and marks them up $$$.

Just out of curiosity what do they charge? In southern New Zealand they charge like a wounded bull😅 the power company that manages powerlines between Clyde and Alexandra wanted three thousand NZ from my neighbor to TRIM two trees away from a power pole near his property, we did it ourselves in an hour 🤨
