Thanks. Just switched from AirPods 2 to AirPods 4 with noise cancellation and thought mine are broken lol you have to press moderately hard. Thought it’s like the tap from my old ones

Yeah, that’s what I came here for. I get how to press to pause, etc, but no amount of swiping in that area changes the volume.

Oh, so I figured it out. The AirPods Pro (First Generation) do not have an option to change the volume on the AirPods themselves, you have to use your device to do it. The Second Generation does. Obviously they’ve fixed that glaring oversight.

Hey y'all asking about volume control, that seems to work great but only on the Pro 2 model. If, like me, you are looking this up years later with pro 2 airpods: just slide along the sensor area (can feel on front of stem), lightly slide up/down for volume. Like so many others here, I spent way too long thinking either my pods or my fingers were defective lol. I know its our fault, everyone just tosses paper manuals aside & goes straight to the app... but knowing that (& how many people seem to think their pods dont work, i think apple might want to put some sort of visual clue in the app about the (nearly invisible) sensor location, instead of just referring to "the stem".

Premier Pro and After Effects are the basic softwares to create videos and animations like this or more complicated. But they can be achieved in CapCut or Inshot for basic videos and if you're not familiar with Adobe workplace.

They are much better than the competition in the same price range. Besides, the AirPods can change the Bluetooth connection from my iPhone to my Mac if I start using it.
