My biggest question is how many reps per exercise and how many times? Right now, I'm doing 10x3 and it's getting too easy. When I first started, I reached failure halfway through the last 10, but now I feel like I need more of a challenge. Probably doesn't help that I'm only lifting 20 lbs, but it's all I have right now.

Is all excersise should be in same order or can we shuffle it. For eg, hammer curl after seated dumbbell curl.. Pls advice
@MinhaFamiliaAQBJJ5 жыл бұрын
From my experience personally I would always start with heavy barbell curls then move to close grip preacher curls, reverse ez bar curls and end with very light weight hammer curls. I recently strarted with hammer curls low reps.. and I am able to lift heavy weight with hammers. So I suggest changing the order of the exercises every month. Start heavy with the first exercises then drop the weight with the next exercise but increase the reps. Hope it helps 😃
