It’s been tough but I’ve been on the grind since she left. - I cut out drinking, hookah, haven’t even considered dating, I’m just focused on my mindset, gym, starting another business, getting stronger in my faith and overall leveling up. - I know God got me so I can’t wait to see what happens next.

This video is 🔥. I'm going through this right now. Ending a 5 year marriage and #1 I am a relationship guy. Don't like being alone. Definitely going to miss her Sex! Missing it already. #4 I saw her potential. She has soo much potential and I believe in her but she doesn't apply herself enough. She starts and stops.#7 My love is so real with her. But her disrespect was too much. Can't keep taking it.

Stephan, I have never “slept around”. I have always wanted a “relationship man” (as you call it Stephan) who is my soulmate. But I realize from this video that they get stuck in the wrong relationships for fear of being alone. Now I can understand why I will die alone. To all relationship men: do not get stuck in the wrong relationship. You will end up missing out on a great woman (like me) and cause her to die alone. This is the reason why God has never been able to answer my prayers for an excellent relationship man (my soulmate) to come into my life.

I attached to her stunning beauty and the sex because it was so amazing. It especially hurts because the day before I met her, and this is god’s honest truth, I made a list of the qualities in a woman that I wanted, and those that I didn’t. This woman checked many of the boxes in the want section. But, over time, I discovered that she also checked quite a few in the didn’t want section. And I kept overlooking the didn’t wants because I was so enamored and lustful and proud to have her on my side where every other guy was checking around and envious that I had her. I see it for what it is now. I couldn’t see through the emotion until now. Thank you so much for this video. This really helped me.

Dang. When I was online, #5 was HUGE with a lot of the guys I met, esp. the divorced ones. While I have no doubt that some truly still loved their ex, I also sensed that what many actually missed was the life they'd lost - the whole wife, kids, dog and picket fence thing if that makes sense? You could feel how lost they still were...while I never continued with any of them because, well, who wants to be with someone for whom being with you will always be second best (?) I always felt so sorry for them and wondered if they would ever be able to recover and bring their whole hearts to any future partner....

He needs to be alone and heal but I know him he won’t do that. I wasn’t perfect I have flaws. I wasted my time I won’t go back. Bad investment. I need to float to safety. I'm definitely number 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 I never had a girlfriend before, and when I meet my ex-girlfriend during the college year. I didn't expect to go on second base with her during the fourth week of hanging out with her. Plus, she has been through I a lot of trauma in her life that I felt at the time I could have helped fix and heal, and she show quality that I didn’t expect a woman like her to do for me. I was dating her. The part about the investment I was caught up in was that I was trying to impress her that I have my own money and I didn't have to ask my mother or father for any money, so in the relationship I put in a lot of my time, money, and patience with her. I used to ask her about some of her assignments, and when she don't understand them, take her on a date and chip in for a gas for her car, and just be patient with her when she showed me the red flag. Finally, I was madly in love with her although I had seen some red flags and ignored them because I believe therapy would have helped overcome some of the trauma she had been through, in which she was willing to try it out I was going to be there with her, and if that doesn't work I would just pray for her even more and more

I'm not sure how this fits into the conversation, but, in my experience as a woman, men are doers and, when a relationship fails or the woman leaves, the guy thinks "What did I fail to do?" And they think, "Well, if I knew what would have made her happy, I would have done it." And they feel cheated out of an opportunity because the woman left without telling him what she wanted him to do. But when I have left relationships, it's not because the guy failed to do something. It was because I felt that his personality and my personality just didn't gel as much as I wanted. If a guy's personality is not fully what I like, then, even if he does something I want, he ends up doing it in a way that I don't like. Maybe a better way of putting it is that I'm attracted to a guy's particular style, rather than the physical things he does. Yes, there really is a thing called compatibility. And it's got to do with compatibility of personalities. If a woman doesn't feel fully compatible with you, then she'll leave. It's not because you failed or she failed. It's just that you're not suited. Be thankful that she left - because it opens the door to finding someone who you're more naturally compatible with. It should be easy to get along with them. If not, move on.

I have a question for anybody willing to answer. Is it better in the healing process to continue finding out the lies and deceit that a narcissistic partner who cheated on you, then discarded you, or to try to forget completely? I am reading the book “Love After Heartbreak” but I’m a little stuck on this idea. I understand that in order to heal, you have to know what you’re healing from, but is it unproductive to continue discovering and understanding lies even a month or two after? I’m trying to figure out if each and every lie figuring out down the road is worth recognizing or if I should just try to forget it entirely. I guess I’m trying to find a balance between rumination/dwelling and just stuffing my trauma into the emotional closet. I just uncovered what was most likely another lie during our relationship, and while it does feel like a sort of a setback (more thoughts of “damn she really did suck and I didn’t deserve to be lied to/treated like that”) but at the same time it gave me more clarity on how truly awful of a person she was. Thanks in advance for any feedback

I wouldn't suggest for you to know all the lies she told you as you already know she's a liar and if she's a narc as you say.....she pretended to be someone she wasn't to attract you and use you. So she's not just a liar....it's in her character to lie....deception is who she is. That's all you need to know. Forgive her and yourself so you will be free of any hate or bitterness towards her or yourself. Its a setup for you to be stuck in cycle of dysfunction and only connect with similar ppl in the future if you dont forgive. If you're a Christian, stay in God's word and prayer. More importantly....stay away from her and cut off all access she may have with you. Control and manipulation is what narcs thrive on....they're incapable of love.

I helped my man after he lost his job but i did so cause he would look out he let me take him to work when my car had problems he was up early taking my son to school, so i was too happy to be there for him but it made him feel worse and i was just confused nothing i did helped we end up just fighting when i would spend money but i didn't want to have to hide my hard work i don't know what i could have done. We don't live together, staying in the same house made it worse. I just don't know, didn't he just see what value i found in things he did for me that money couldn't buy. I would bring him lunch i made for him and i can cook. I would got extra t-shirts he wore, shorts to be relaxed in i know he mentioned the other day he couldn't get comfortable when he was at my house, so yes i was grateful and supportive, my boys are very well behaved, relaxing music stress-free weekend going to play pool keep myself up cute respectable hard-working... I thought we were perfect when he lost his job things just went left should I not be helpful was I too relaxed about it all I didn't want him stressing over it he work so hard..

Sounds like you gave your all. Living in the same house made my situation worse too. Some men cannot commit. They can live with you and even come home every night and not complain about anything, but you’d have to be deaf dumb and blind to not know that you are there to service them and never take any issue with them. They are there to benefit from your ability to elevate their lifestyle either momentarily or for a lifetime.

The part where he’s talking about the beautiful woman is how’s it’s been for me with my kids mom we still live together have sex often but it’s like the relationship is toxic she never listens to or considers what I’m feeling if it doesn’t go her way she’s not happy and I’ve kinda become miserable I’ve left a few times but every time I think about someone else enjoying her I keep running back cause she’s so gorgeous and I done put in 6 years and 2 kids into this relationship been with here since I was 17 turning 18 now going into 24 in 2 weeks I be hoping we could figure it out but it just seems as if we can’t for some reason she tells me she doesn’t wanna be with anybody else but it’s just like damn why can’t we just get this shit right and stop all the arguing like bro we’ll literally go from arguing about not agreeing at a place to eat to her being mad at me because I came home late from work and I didn’t feel like changing my 2 year olds diaper like bro I just got home from a 13 hour shift driving trucks and lifting stuff all day I gotta drive 40 mins to work and back home plus I got the responsibility as far as the bills go completely on me and in the past I felt like I was under appreciated because she wouldn’t cook and clean and when I got home she had a bad attitude and I wasn’t gettin sex for months at a time so eventually it lead to me cheating i know it wasn’t right but I felt helpless dawg and I really didn’t understand nothing at that point I still don’t really some days I feel like I’m just flowing through life letting it pass me by and other days I just don’t know but it’s getting to that point where I’m starting to realize maybe it’s time to let go but at the same time I really don’t want to I just wanna fix it she says she wants to fix it to but I guess we just don’t know how

I’m such an idiot 3 years went by and I decided to reach out and just explain that I’m sorry for what I did She did majority but I messed up on how I reacted at times…. Now she just rubs her life in my face And I was too honest telling her how I’ve been…. She then will bring up past with us and send songs I’ll always love you And then flirted today sexually and says I can’t cheat on my husband And I’m the bad guy…. Mind u this girl cheated lied abused and toxic I kno I’m stupid…. I reopened a scab

Men need to know that some women need the man to let her know it’s okay to open up. If they don’t express what is going on in the beginning then we don’t know if they want that. Otherwise it feels like wasted effort if they aren’t willing to be in a relationship. Men give mixed/confusing messages.

is there a female version to this ?

I think this actually works for both sexes. It's just specifically on his men channel. If you take him speaking to men out, it pretty much works for women too.
