On October 15th of this year I met my new Doctor. I was at 285 lbs, A1C was 9.6, I felt like crap and looked like crap. My blood pressure was high. I was having trouble getting up the stairs. I started carnivore and December 15th I went back to him. I was 42lbs lighter and my A1C was 6.6, blood pressure was down and I had to punch 4 new holes in my belt. I stepped on the scale today at 235lbs. My goal is to hit 180 before next summer. Oh I forgot, I'm off two drugs, if I shoot insulin my blood sugar drops dangerously low. My Doctor is 100% behind me as far as carnivore goes.

I've been a carnivore since a little after Easter. I became Catholic on Easter. Looking at pictures of myself took away from the joy I was experiencing in finding the Lord. I actually bought a bunch of vegetables. In my mind I thought I would have to become a vegetarian. I was watching KZbin one day and I saw one of your shows. I felt God telling me to try this. Growing up the son of a butcher I always thought meat was bad. I know what you are thinking right now. My father was a hard working hard living man. I associated meat with his large mostly fat size. It wasn't the pizza and beer that he ate on a regular basis. I tried carnivore. 45lbs lighter I feel fantastic. God led me to watch your videos. God bless you.

That's so sad! I tell everyone about carnivore and how it has changed my life so much and how it's healing my body!! I get a positive response from most people!! I know someone that I've been telling her for 19 months how carnivore would help her so much because she has so many health issues. She finally reached out to me a week ago and asked how do I start carnivore? I can't wait to see how much it helps her. But she has seen my transformation!

At 67, I’m thriving on the carnivore diet. I get about 7 hours of sleep every night , I do outdoor hot/cold water (pool water is under 50 degrees these days) inversion 4 to 6 days a week. I have no metabolic issues and I only visit the doctors office for lab work…all within normal limits. I only eat twice a day…no snacks…no cravings i feel awesome! I get regular meats…no grass fed, except grass fed beef patties from Costco. Thanks to all the animals for providing my nutrients as nature intended. -Animal products contain high-quality protein, fats, and micronutrients like vitamin B12, heme iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. -By avoiding plants, the diet excludes compounds like oxalates, lectins, and phytates, which can inhibit nutrient absorption or cause inflammation in sensitive individuals. -Zero carbohydrates can stabilize insulin levels and reduce blood sugar spikes.

I was carnivore from March until November before transitioning to ketovore. It's dramatically helped my MS, plus I lost 40 pounds without even thinking about it. My coworkers have noticed, and they keep asking questions. I've inspired two coworkers to try carnivore and another to at least cut out sugary drinks. I'm not exactly the leader type, so it feels a bit weird to be their example, but I am thankful to be able to help my friends.

3 years on Carnivore now. I'm 60. Was convinced that vegan diet was the most healthiest lifestyle 9 years ago. 7 years as a vegan destroyed my perfect athletic body and good health. I was a life long cyclist. Just finished my solo bike tour of the Pacific Coast in 2014 at 50 to celebrate my big 5-0 and the conclusion of a 2-year long hostile divorce. 2.5 months and 2,300 miles from Vancouver, BC to San Diego. I was very fit, the most fit since high school. >8% body fat. People said I looked 30. I wanted to preserve my good health. Just a year in on vegan diet, I had skin issues, then joint pain in shoulder and hip. Then vision loss, arthritis, anemia, with curling finger nails, ridges. Hair loss began, nervous twitching of extremities, and sudden cramping of toes. Felt cold all the time. Developed autoimmune disorders, hypothyroidism, terrible constipation. I didn't realize I became pre-diabetic, and led to prostate, liver, and kidney issues. Joints and bone pain that I couldn't run or ride a bike anymore. My eyes developed 3 vision! I was legally blind by year 7. I finally developed Cushings Syndrome. I was jaundiced, skinny from 15 lbs of muscle loss, and yet had a 37" waistline due to visceral fat belly. I thought if I doubled down on vegan diet, I would help my condition. What a big mistake. I finally contracted Omicron and got sick. I gave up. I was prepared to die just to end my suffrage and pain. But recovered 4 days later. I had enough and began researching for data on autoimmune disorders. I found Mikhailia Peterson's video that was banned by TedX. Her discovery of eating a strict carnivore diet cured her chronic health conditions and immuno diseases. I returned to eating beef eggs, bacon, butter, after 10 years! I eliminated all produce, all seed oils, all starches, sugars, desserts, etc. The transformation and recovery was remarkable in just 3 months. I lost 5" of waisteline and lost all of my visceral fat. My vision and hair restored. And no more joint and bone pain. Energy and strength returned. Constipation eliminated. Skin improved, Thyroid issues relieved. Like so many who's testimony reveals the positive results and higher quality of life from Carnivore, my personal experience parallels theirs. And those of us who were Vegans, know the truth from actual experience being at both ends of the diet spectrum. Plant-based diets are a deceptive lie.

I am a carnivore and still healing. This has been a miracle helping me. I have many auto immune issues. My teeth are now firm in my gums instead of loose. Carnivore didn't help with my hormones. Im on a hormone replace plan and I'm perfectly fine with this. I now sleep at night and feel physically better that carnivore hadn't succeeded for me. I will stay on this way of eating as my stomach isn't ill and many other terrible conditions. I would have never thought vegetable were killing me. And there were I would be so sick when I ate them. and that's not suppose to be as we were taught in school and our life. Those folks who don't understand is due to fear, they are afraid they would get ill, or how to begin, even though many sound trustworthy carnivores are on KZbin to assist. Yet they will have to see what works for them. Steak and Butter Gal eats a lot of butter (much younger than myself) and I can not. Folks will need to try and see what is successful and not. That's what a lot of conventional physicians do. I had a doctor tell me she couldn't help me as I know more about my body and conditions that she does. We should know our bodies. Thanks always for you Chanel!!!

Fiber is such a bad lie that people are told. My 91 year old mom's doctor kept insisting on it for her constipation (and she has awful hemorrhoids) that she was trying to poop bowling balls! She eats a SAD diet, but I told her to quit the fiber supplements and add in extra oils or butter (multiple tablespoonfuls) to what she eats, to see if anything changed. She now has mostly regular bowel movements unless she forgets to add the fats. She thinks my carnivore life is a bit crazy, but she's grateful for the relief!!

So lovely to hear Michelle talk about eating disorders. I survived 11 years of bulimia and absolutely couldn’t just stop. Whenever I felt emotionally ready to make a change, my physical body drove me like a demon in order to continue binging everyday. It was very confusing and nobody I looked to could help me out of the nightmare. In the end, I left my relationship and basically fasted in order to get off the roller coaster. Sadly I then eat mainly friut and veg believing it to be healthy. Years and years of bowel and gut issues later l found Keto and very soon after Carnivore because it was the fibre and sugars that were keeping me inflamed. Fab podcast 🙏

It took almost a year for me to heal but I will never go back! I can eat meat/fats/eggs/seafood with absolutely no problems. It is wonderful to eat and not have pain. Agree, anxiety is considered purely psychological (although thinking positively does not have lasting benefits). Eating the high-seed oil, high carbs, with low meat is a really bad combination. Anxiety, depression, and other issues are partly a physical disease. Do people listen to what anorexia patients say? They complain of pain (physical symptoms) eating their low-meat foods (in their therapeutic eating programs). It's definitely not all in their heads (cured by thinking positively and eating low-meat diets). And why are 70%(?) of women having low iron, and no one is alarmed by that? Many people have low potassium also.

I'm nearly 78. In 2021 my wife and I started on a ketogenic diet and we each lost 50 pounds. Since then we tried carnivore for a number of months and then settled on ketovore. In January 2023 I had a CAC score of 305. I know the carnivore diet did not cause my high score but it was the unhealthy high carb diet that I ate previously. I'm so convinced of this that I continue to eat all the beef, butter, bacon and eggs that I desire. In a couple weeks I'm scheduled to repeat the CAC CT and we'll see what my score is now. They say it's normal for a CAC score to increase 25% per year. So if mine did that then the heavy meat diet isn't making things worse than normal. If it stayed the same or regressed then what will the naysayers have to say?

I am finally pure Lion: meat, water (and a pinch of salt once a week), I use apple cider vinegar in my broths to stabilize my PH, due to high stomach acid. Quitting my last two foods was tough: coffee and balsamic vinegar. I suffered three inflamed die-off days with fever, flare-ups and swelling. It disappeared last night, like magic. I guess my “organic” coffee and vinegar consumption was toxic for my body.

The proper human diet of animal only diet has reversed them and keeps them negative. I have no doubt if I started back on Carbohydrate foods of any kind again, I will quickly become ill again. I am so used to being called a liar that it no longer even registers for me. IT is interesting that it is not just vegans but others that eat the recommended diets of the mainstream health care system. And they all suffer from some inflammation issue. The others are still young enough to still function with inflammation and not affected yet. I am starting my 4th year of carnivore and am very healthy now. I had 320 lbs of increasing weight to loose after 25 years of type 2 diabetes. I am at 229 lbs today. Still dropping weight slowly but surely. Taking every class of diabetes medicine available. I followed the dietitians I was referred to by my doctor. Interestingly as my health continued to fail over those years, I was told I was a liar as well. They said I just wasn't following thier high vegetable, A little low fat lean as possible protein diet. At the end I was desperate because of thier failed diets. I was on a vegan greens only raw veritable diet they put me on. I became so weak I was unable to do anything. But sit there and die from thier fail. I went full carnivore and they were so pissed they claimed I was going to kill myself doing it. 5 months later while doing all carnivore my blood work showed full recovery and I was told to start dropping diabetic meds. go figure. The worse part is, my Doctors, though they acknowledge my recovery, still do not want to know my diet. They will make the comment, whatever you're doing, keep doing that. So I say all beef nothing else it is. Very disturbing how set the medical system is. And the fact that our care providers actually fear the system they work in if they progress with the facts against it's "science". It is a practice of medicine still.

I tried Carnivore for a year and always had diarrhea. Yes for the full year. Quite disappointing. Also, weight plateaued at about 6 months was still quite over weight.

Likely most of your negative comments are trolls, rabid vegans or both. If a commenter can't bring any evidence, even anecdotal, to the argument they should be ignored.

I feel better on carnivore diet, and whenever I slip, I pay for it with inflation and joint pain. Mostly, this is from carbs. If I eat greens or tomatoes, I just get the runs.

I’ve suffered from Clostridium difficile for 6 years. Before they discovered my disease, every time I was sent to ICU, I was forced carbs and salt liquid tubes in huge quantities. The amount of toxic inflammation and water weight during those hospital stays was awful. Once home, after two weeks on the Lion diet the body water weight and inflammation left my body. TMI the faeces were black for over ten days. Scary.

Carnivore, not even strict, for almost 2 years. Age 57, no medications, perfect BP. Skin is better, head full of healthy hair. Sleep great, less pain. Very rarely have menopausal symptoms. “Experts” and doom sayers can kick rocks. If I die, it won’t be from kidney disease from plant toxins or from starvation from not eating nutrient dense whole foods.

i don't think humans ate grasses or bark. they more likely ate berries, roots, tubers. bark and leaves would be super bitter, likely extremely toxic, not at all bioavailable or digestible ect.

Fourteen months carnivore. Ignorance is the reason for the myriad responses to your declarations of carnivore eating. Ignorance gives rise to all the destructive emotions and actions. Keep it up and just educate those who can listen and see. Those who refuse out right will not allow themselves to listen and see and would rather you and everyone stay blind and deaf. Pass them bye and leave them to their dangerous world.

Humans did not evolve. We are far too complicated to be here by chance. Evolution, as presented, is impossible. Humans have always eaten meat and grains, fruit and vegetables. But not the ones we have today! At 62, I am five years Carnivore and over 100 pounds gone.

Thank you! Yes. Well said. 💯 As a medical professional Intelligent Design is just obvious. Carnivore since the end of August 2024. My body is still adjusting and healing but I have heard waaay too many positive testimonials of people who have regained their health and are THRIVING to go back. On Keto for 3 years and still struggled with cravings. On Carnivore the cravings have GONE!!!

Regardless of your faith, think back to what Noah and Abraham mostly ate. It wasn't matza, bread and chocolate. It was mostly meat. Hence why no one burned grains as a sacrifice to God.

@@umpatas5468a wave sacrifice is exactly that-a grain made into a loaf, but it is waved at the altar and the wine is poured out. Other than that, yes, animals are the sacrifice God expected for our sin. In this fallen world our bodies don’t do great with plants. I’m finding too much inflammation and pain with eating plants. I only have Communion (a small amount) in church as my weekly carb/plant intake now.

When people say we ate meat and only meat for millions of years, it turns me off from every other point of view they have because in the Bible people ate vegetables in the beginning, and then meat was added later after the flood. I do carnivore and I love it, but that Argument does not hold any water and it’s not been proven. I would stick to facts. I love this diet, and I love this channel but that point always gives me pause. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

A man made fictional story about a guy in the sky and his son he sent to earth to be crucified shouldn't be taken as anything serious. The Bible is not public historical records of life through the ages. So while I agree that the number of years used always changes in people's mouths and that kills my mood, when people use the Bible as fact of anything then that kills it for me. You can have your religion i don't really care just like I don't care my son believes in Santa clause. No offense to your religion just don't talk as if it's fact.

I think the main reason doctors and nutritionists don't believe in this way of eating is that they can't imagine anyone would ever be able to give up ice cream, cookies, beer, bread and pies. Also, the term "meat eaters" means people who eat at fast food restaurants. In that perspective, I understand the fear they have that people will get sick.

I do dairy. Not alot but I will have a glass of whole milk or some whole milk cottage cheese. You get carbs (not alot) from this. People are so stuck on no science behind this carb stuff - in fact, I am finding science was never really involved in these "dietary" guidelines. Just people making crap up.

My husband has hereditary hemochromatosis:Iron overloading. He does not excrete iron like he should. Before starting carnivore he needed Phlebotomies (blood removal) every 2-3 months to remove excess iron. They’ve told him to limit red Meat and eat lean chicken and fish and veggies. He’s not following their recommendations and eating fatty beef and pork and eggs, raw milk and butter. He’s not needed. Phlebotomy in over 8 months! I’d say, their dietary recommendations are all wrong. 😑
