These are pan fried souffle. The gelatin and collagen are to make it bullet proof. They aren't necessary. These can be made with literally just egg.

I don't bother listening to these judgmental fools, they prove themselves to be lacking intelligence. Your looking great Steak and Butter Gal, you keep doing what you do! it's working, and everyone can see the proof, all the best for your big day and for your future together.

Thank you both for all your insights on your sharing journeys, delightful food explorations and passionate expression in your beautiful piano play. Wishing you a wonderful SBG wedding and future duet in life. The critics are perhaps reflective of the greater plant intoxicated world and hopefully we are all becoming more clear with understanding as we heal.

My husband started the Carnivore diet 6 months ago and is in the best physical and mental health he's ever been in. On his journey I noticed that he put a lot of pressure on himself for make sure he was fully CARNIVORE and had very real guilt if he ate or even thought about a tiny bit of anything NOT officially carnivore. The last thing anyone just starting out is someone judging them for eating something that "they" think is wrong. I am just starting out but I still have my coffee and fruit throughout the week. I figure mostly carnivore is still better than our old way of eating. Thank you for this video and you couldn't have been anymore accurate. Congrats on the upcoming wedding!

Wow yea these people commenting need to get a life. Geez. Mental issues. They haven’t done their inner child work 😃 On the rampage looking for people they think are intentionally scamming them or lying to them. When there’s always more to the story. These folks may need more brain healing from animal fat. I do still occasionally have organic coffee with a2 cream, maybe once per week, however I like to leave a full hour before I eat anything. I find that green tea is more easy on my system. This summer I have them both COLD. I have sometimes had some cheats, some weeks more than others. I’m still working through it.

Hello Darlin!!! Good for you in speaking up lovey. Sadly, SOME people thrive on misery. The only thing we can change is how WE react to it. Sad huh?!?!?

3:19 what the... okay i'm new to the carnivore diet, about 70 days in, my mother has MS so hoping it helps with that. I'm doing it because it wouldn't be easy (or fair...) for me to be eating cake, rice, pizza and basically not allowing her to eat anything besides meat. plus i'm happy with it's effects on me. since starting, i've become really quite strict in mindset with sugar being a problem and how plants can sometimes be a problem. but it's still food...vegetables & fruits are still food that people can and do eat and enjoy. i disagree that you can subsist on ONLY that forever but going as far as calling it "poison" is psych0tic levels of fanaticism. call the preservatives and non-food ingredients added to packaged garbage poison but not normal freaking foods ffs. some people are just so over the top.

Yeah, I discovered carnivore because I heard it helps with seasonal allergies (it did) and I was experiencing other benefits. I'm not exactly strict and so what? The beauty of carnivore moreso than even fasting, is even if you are sometimes cheating at your diet and don't eat the right thing always it's still VERY beneficial. You're still getting a TON of nutrients and protein. I am digging the carnivore community so far as a whole but the cult like approach some take makes me roll my eyes.

One thing I think about when I see how petty people are about commenting about the way people choose to live, is I can't imagine them going up to someone in public and saying these things to their face, it's such a childish thing to do, social media has given people to much power with their opinions, or it's the way people are being raised now, or both, lol.

Still trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Almost five months in and no weight loss. Everybody is different and their journey to getting healthy will be different. Haters are going to hate is a sad truth. I appreciate you and your advice. I'm going to keep on working out this carnivore trail I am on. I will get heathier and stronger.

It’s ALWAYS been a spectrum of ketovore, relaxed carnivore, carnivore, lion. It’s a lifestyle and what works for the individual. Y’all need to stop behaving like nutty militant vegans. If you’re attacking people for not eating lion, pull ya toxic head in and do some reflection on why you want to attack people. Everyone is on their own journey in their own body. You do you sbgal.

THANK YOU AND HIGH FIVE!!!! From a fellow Seattlelite. Seriously, it is so incredibly sad, how judgemental and critical people are. And an extra thank you for addressing the naysayers who have the nerve to tell a thin fit woman, that she is too thin. In 2021, for a combination of reasons , I had lost weight without trying to and was actually loving it and actually was enjoying stepping on the scale each day, probably because the weight loss wasn’t something I had been intentionally trying to achieve, but it was like a fun side effect of a medication and depression. Unfortunately, so many people told me I was too thin and acted concerned and I got tired of the comments that seemed to come on a regular basis about my weight and appearance which took something that was a positive, and turned it into a negative, because sometimes, we don’t want to feel like we are constantly under a microscope, and that people are constantly judging us and our choices. It made me actually wanna gain weight just so people would stop commenting on my size and appearance. Which is really messed up! Just an hour ago I was even thinking about how currently, I do want to keep losing a little more weight, but I caught myself and thought just not too much, cause people will freak out and be worried again. But quite honestly, I shouldn’t be basing my goal weight around what makes other people happy or comfortable.

Thank you for posting that! I stopped reading and watching alot of posts, just due to the negativity. I have asked questions, looking for some insight, and felt attacked by the comments. Berating me for not losing weight after 1.5 years carnivore. So, you have yet again, Bella, given me hope! ❤

My husband was not known for allergic prone or anything but when he ate scallops, at his mom’s he broke out with big red hives on his back. That happened a couple of times. It turned out that he is allergic to the salt that was often used in the process to freeze scallops. He’s ok when he eats fresh scallops.
