Awesome Video! I love how this video is straight to the visuals/info and no fluff. 😄👍 We are heading back to Chiang Mai soon and I have two quick questions about the Pansook condo. Do you know if there is an option for less than 3 months? Also, do you know apartment size of the room showed in the video? I saw online they have 30, 38 and 52 sq.m. options. Pansook prices vary wildly based on season which member of staff your talking to and by your ability to barging during busy season those prices can be set. Other times they are merely a suggestion or to get farang who dont bargin to pay more. I belive the room above was 52. Its been awhile though.

Trent isoncool the one with biggest pool is Dcondo sign. How long you can stay is based on what you work out with apartment owner. Can be years or months each is owned by individuals.

I belive all the prices are without electricits that can be another 500-3000 baht 15 to 90 dollars depending on how much you use it, some foreigners spend as much on ac as on rent because they leave it on full blast when they are gone so its ice cold room, some just use a fan and dont care at all - im the later so i never worry as im not the sensitive type
