1. morning yoga ( 3 asans for waist line) plus 20 minutes of prayanams 1. agnisar 3 rounds 2. kapalbhatti 3 round 50 strokes each 3. bastrika 2 rounds 20 strokes each 4 mool band 3 rounds 20 seconds each 5. uddian band 20 secs 6.bramari 5 times 7. anulom vilom or nadi shodan 5 times with 5 seconds hold Second : 12000 + walking steps a day thirds everning YOGA ( 20 asans covers standing , sitting , lying , back everything with prayamans like kapalbhatti same repititions , bramari , agnisar and anulom vilom Results : 122 KG on 25 sep 2021 now today 99 KKG with too much flexibility imagine i can do sheersh and sarwang asans easily with this weight Testersterone level 247 to 386 :) What else do you want from yoga :) more important i sleep like a baby and seem fresh the entire day ... Respect from PAkistan :)

Jumping and stress exercises are very good for weight loss and fat loss but yoga se generally kya hota h ki hume sweating nahi hoti to hume esa lagta h ki kuch fayda nahi ho raha lekin Yoga hmari body me internally kaam karta h body internally toned hoti h flexibility badti h face per glow aata h or ofcourse inch loss bhi hota h per sweating bahut kam hoti h😊😊

Little bit of yoga can be done if the menstruation is light. Else, yoga should be resumed after periods
