I have advanced RA joint/tendon damage/deformity/loss of motion. So far one thumb surgery. My PT always leave me wanting more & feeling hopeless when they say there's nothing more they can do for me. Michelle is so explicit & seems to know hand damage, even severe is not hopeless, As I am struggling to follow along, I cant bend some joints, or straighten others & I'm almost crying but not from pain, she makes it okay, saying just do what you can. My future doesn't feel so bleak,.I wish I could see her in person. Thank you Michelle for strengthening my hands & heart. :)

Hi! I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and this is the first time I've ever even known about hand exercises. I did them all and I will continue to as I feel these will be great for me. I didn't realize how bad my joints have become until now. Most of these were fairly easy but some joints seem to be worse than others. I had trouble doing the straight fist, not full fist and my fingers were trying to cramp up as well as my left wrist grinding and not moving in the circular motion like you show. I have a few fingers that didn't want to cooperate because they were broken/fractured around 20 years ago. Thank you so much for this! I will update my progress after doing these daily for awhile. I also to have experienced this because my ER doctor did not even suggest anything like this after I had broken my finger I had to figure out everything on my own. These doctors now days don't follow through with care wants you are out of their office you're forgotten. I had to go through reading about my finger and learning exercises on my own eventually I found a hand therapist and she did help me and gave me small exercises but not like what I found on this video. I'm sorry to hear you have fibromyalgia. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with my wrist in a fist. So I continue to do the exercises. Slowly improving

Thanks again for these exercise videos. I am 74 and have arthritis so bad cannot sleep at night. Stabbing like pain off and on at night. Sometimes I have to get up a couple times a night and do some of these stretches to get back to sleep. Cannot even get close to closing hands. Takes me awhile to get around in the mornings but once I go through the routine can start functioning again. Pain nerve leaves altogether but I can function after the exercises. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the video, with a slow mind I find it hard to remember what to do coming back to this helps considerably. I was lost on what to do this morning and then it came to my mind to search for an appropriate vedio. My center finger gets so tight with pain sometimes it want stop hurting all day so I gently pressure it a bit to help free it up at each exercise. some nights there is no sleep on account of it but if i can recall I will go to one of your videos in the middle of the night and get a bit of relief. I am glad I found your video. I start to developing pain on my fingers and do a few research , it’s seem like I have RA . Follow your exercise, I fell better even for the first time . I do believe in exercise so I will definitely keep it up and try to get natural inflammation extract and food to help to fight my problems. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and good work.
