paneer frankie or rolls - marinate paneer, use curd add spices( gm, tm,slt,rd chill) add vegitable (carrots,onions,tommatos fry panner on pan + use chapati or tortia put green chatni on top put vegitables wrap everything together ready, cheakpea and paneer patti - use mashed cheakpeas + add chopped vegitables + add rosted basan + crushed paner + add all spices mix all ingredients make pati out of them all - pan fry all the patties - serve with green chutney nutree kulcha - skip it too much work its not boaring its great actually restaurant style onions pickles.

Hello! Gunjan, I have a question for you, if you may answer: Q. Subway’s Tuna sandwich, has tuna mixed with mayonnaise. In case it is mixed with veg mayonnaise then there’s a combination of fish and milk. So any idea, is it good or bad? 🤔

For Moong Dosa, you don't have to cook moong. Just soak and grind. Will have to soak for long time. But also helps with spreading dosa.
