I just want to ask how much time you need to invest in abbs training,and is it enough to train abbs 3 times a week and how much rest time is enough

This 7 minute workout was a great use of my 15 minutes. It was the best 20 minute workout I've ever done in 30 minutes!

Bloody hell Maddie that was a savage 7 minutes. That last exercise was a bit naughty. Couldn't quite make it through without stopping. Cracking stuff. Top draw as always

Your workouts are getting me in such good shape, even disabled at 34! I used to be a beast at the gym in high school, pretty much didn't work out at all in my 20s and just started working out again very slowly in my mid 30s, but only at home and 95% only watching your workouts. I can't tell you how much my body has shifted in the last month and a half. I'm so happy. You have the best killer workouts that are low intensity, and I love how you sometimes offer variations- which are often necessary for me now. Keep the videos coming! I'm hooked.

I have a hard time doing ab workouts that get me good and make me sore. One day later I can’t even sit out of bed I am so sore from this!! This made me feel like I actually had a good workout.

Awesome! It was tough but I loved it. I’ve enjoyed doing your 5-10 minute ab workouts for the last couple of years. This is another great one! A perfect add on after a full body routine to get some extra abs in.
