Remember the most important thing is to love your body even if its wide, thin, skinny, fat, all bodies are perfect! But heres a tip! If you really want to lose weight, do atleast 30 minutes of a workout but always rest in between! The most important thing is to be consistent. But as i said, all bodies are beautiful, dont hate it!❤

Committing to do 5 minutes is a tremendous accomplishment. I started for mobility, If I sleep too long I wake up achy, a 5 minute routine completely changes that! You're awesome for your commitment.

I'm so happy I found your channel. As a busy mother of 5 who also dances professionally, i don't have the time to work with a trainer because my schedule is so sporadic. I really love your routines. Hard, but manageable. Only thing I needed to modify was the side crunch at 7:30 due to my past spinal injury. I just can´t hold my lower back in that position without pain in my spine. But it´s everyone´s responsibility to know what their bodies can manage.

LOVED IT. Love all the standing ones because I recently twisted my right wrist. So they're great. But this one was good too, not much stress on the wrist!

I loved this workout so much!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I’m trying to stop forcing myself to do long workouts, instead focusing on doing what makes me feel good and less stressed. 10 minutes of abs a day is enough to maintain your core strength, and rest is so endlessly important; you deserve o nourish and be kind to your body no matter how much exercise you’ve done on any particular day. 💞💞

Love all your ab workouts. This one was perfect at the end of an exhausting day. I kept up and still felt some burn. Thanks to the onscreen timer I can modify to 50:10 when I'm up for it and get even more out.

Holy Mackerel 😅 Madi!!! Your videos are a lifesaver! Haha I sweat in every video you make. I’ve been an athletic all my life and I’m 22 now. I can say the body weight is such a killer workout style when one’s natural busy, needs a quick pump in their day, or is low on energy. I love your workouts. This one kicked my abs for a little night ab session. I did the 5 min arm strengthening one and man your strong girl! Haha, I had to put my arms down, the fatigue of the muscles I don’t ever use or forget to train haha definitely got me. 😅💪🏼😁💁🏼‍♀️💃🏼 I started playing soccer when I was 6, my dad put me into it and I was an energetic girlie. I loved the rough and tough stuff. I played it up until I was 18 with starting with AYSO, Club, High School. I played tennis too, in high school and in college. I’m still in college trying to obtain my Kinesiology degree and possibly other degrees as well. But your videos help a lot when I need to get a solid sweat in, I love the weights and ab videos you do, the abs and booty. You’ve become my go to workout trainer. Haha I am prone to training with my body weight. I’m 130-135lbs , 5’2 , tones and muscular. I used to go to the gym all the time. It got expensive and I started to workout the best I could at home. I use booty bands, body weight, minimal weights I have, punching bag. Like anything I can find. I love running, finding pull up bars and stuff at the park, which I love when city’s do that for workout folk. I aim to get back into the gym soon and gain more muscle tone bc it is such a nice high and positive feeling. As I get older and I don’t work out as much, I sweat easily but your dance videos are the best for that haha. Thanks Madi. I face time my friends and we workout to your videos!
