Julia, I just want to thank you so much for your time and effort you put into your videos. I recently found you on KZbin. I was searching for mobility training before my strength training workouts. I am 51 years old woman with Fibromyalgia. I can’t tell you how much your platform has helped my mobility and pain I experience on a daily basis. I am finding on my rest days I am doing your longer mobility videos to keep me moving smoothly with a lot of less pain. ❤
